I have always had a genuine love for dogs, and caring for them is something I take seriously and do with great dedication. To me, dogs are family, and I fully understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, responsible, and caring when leaving your pet in another person’s hands. My priority is always to make every dog feel safe, loved, comfortable, and happy while in my care. Ihave been surrounded by dogs from a young age and have hands-on experience caring for different breeds, temperaments, and sizes, including Weimaraners and German Shepherds. Through this experience, I have learned how to adapt my care to each dog’s unique personality, energy level, and routine. Whether a dog is playful and active, shy and sensitive, or older and in need of a gentler pace, I always ensure they receive the attention and care they need.My experience includes daily walks, feeding, playtime, companionship, toilet breaks, and maintaining routines that help dogs feel secure and settled. I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and positive interactions, especially when caring for dogs in a new environment or while their owners are away.The walks take normally between 30 minutes-1 hour (depending on how much time the owners request). I normally accept 2-3 dogs maximum. It is extremely important for me to have all the relevant information beforehand, such as the dog's behaviour towards other dogs/people, if they are sick (they'll probably need wipes or additional bags), if they are aggressive... etc. In addition, i also accept additional services such as petting at the owner's home (for a few hours) if needed. Iam attentive to behavioural cues and able to recognise signs of stress, anxiety, discomfort, or changes in mood. This allows me to respond calmly and appropriately to help dogs feel reassured and relaxed. I am also comfortable administering medication under the owner’s instructions and caring for senior dogs or pets with specific needs. Cleanliness and safety are very important to me. I always make sure dogs are in a secure environment, have fresh water available, and are supervised responsibly. During walks, I stay alert to surroundings and prioritise safe handling at all times. Iknow how reassuring updates can be for pet owners, so I always provide regular communication, including photos and messages, so you can feel confident that your dog is happy and well cared for. In case of emergency, Ill call the owner as soon as possible.
