Hi, I’m Kathryn!

For those who know me or are new to my story, I said goodbye to Alpha, my beloved Great Dane, in January 2021 after eight wonderful years together. I brought her home at just 9 weeks old, and she was truly my gentle giant. 

Today, I share my home with two cats: Coco, my 13-year-old rescue who enjoys a quiet retirement, and Eva, my playful Ragdoll who keeps life interesting (and occasionally chaotic!). I also used to have a Cockatiel named Barney, who loved learning whistles, head-bopping dance moves, and head pats—training him was such a joy. 

I’ve grown up surrounded by animals: cats, fish, birds, and over the years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish, guinea pigs, a turle, chickens, and even a snake called Noodle.

I have hands-on experience with:

• Administering medication (tablets, topical creams, and injections)
• Caring for diabetic pets and those with allergies
• Managing dogs with seizures
• Handling large breeds, strong pullers, and dogs with behavioral challenges

I’m police-checked, WWCC-checked, a non-smoker, non-drinker, and a meticulous cleaner. I respect your home and treat your pets as if they were my own.

My work commitments

I work in Acton 5 days per week in an office (I cannot WFH).

My availability 2026-27

I may be overseas from 4-20 September and then again mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027.

What I Offer

Dog Walking

Up to 45 minutes per walk (after 5:00 pm, subject to availability and work commitments).

Home Visits

Up to 60 minutes per visit. Includes feeding, playtime, bringing in mail, taking bins out/in, watering plants, opening/closing curtains, cleaning litter trays, and yard clean-up. Happy to tailor to your needs.

Overnight Stays

Includes everything in Home Visits plus extra cuddle time and a walk for dogs.
