My name is Mel and I started petsitting in 2013 alongside my part-time professional role in festivals. I'm required to have a current Police check and Working with Children check for my work and I'm happy to share them with you. 

I've previously operated independently for many years, through Word of Mouth and Instagram. Look me up - @meltheminder

After a break, I registered with Pawshake in late 2024.

I've grown up with large dogs and special needs cats in the household, and I currently have 2 rescues: one older, special needs cat and a 10 month-old Pointer mix dog - if you know, you know.
