I have always been a pet owner up until my last dog passed away this year. Due to family commitments I decided to take a break from owning, and have decided to offer sitting and other services instead so I can still get my dose of animal snuggles!

I have been studying vet science and am taking a year off for 2026, so am currently at home all day apart from the odd errand. I have a daughter aged 10 who is very chill and quiet, and has been around animals her whole life. I have a house with a medium sized yard, but there are a lot of parks and trails in my area.

I treat pets like a member of my family, and they are welcome inside and outside, on couches and beds, as per their owners rules! (Don't want to let your pooch on my couch if they are not allowed at home!). Your pet is welcome to sleep indoors or outdoors, and can sleep where they choose (lounge room, my bedroom, laundry, spare room etc).

I've been pet sitting throughout the years on another platform, and have looked after many breeds in addition to those I've owned so I am very conscious of a particular pets needs. For example, for a flat faced dog such as a British bulldog I would have them inside in summer with air con, fans, paddle pool, frozen watermelon cubes, etc.

I am happy to administer medication or follow any routines you would at home.

I would treat looking after your pet as a treat rather than a chore, and we would both enjoy ourselves during the stay!

I also give regular updates with photos and/or video so you can see how your pet is getting on!
