Hi! We’re Agustina and Joaquín, two passionate animal lovers who have grown up surrounded by pets our entire lives. Between us, we’ve cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, hamsters, and many other animals, although dogs and cats have always been the biggest part of our lives.

Our love for animals goes beyond our own pets. We have both volunteered at animal shelters, caring for rescued animals and helping them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. We also currently volunteer with POOPS (Pets of Older Persons), an Australian community organisation where we walk dogs for elderly owners who may need a helping hand. We’re also happy to take pets to veterinary appointments, grooming sessions, or any other activities requested by their owners.

We currently have more flexibility in our work schedules than usual, which means we have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets. Joaquín is generally available every afternoon, Agustina is available every morning, and we both work from home for a good part of the week. This means your pets will rarely be left alone. One of us is usually at home, so they’ll enjoy regular toilet breaks, fresh water, playtime, cuddles, companionship, and lots of love throughout the day.

Our home is a safe, warm, clean, and peaceful environment with a secure, fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely play, explore, relax, and enjoy the outdoors under our supervision. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful walking paths, a large park, and a dog-friendly lake just minutes away, making it perfect for daily adventures and exercise.

We usually provide two walks per day, with each walk lasting around 30–60 minutes, depending on your pet’s age, energy level, and routine. We’re also happy to adapt to your pet’s usual schedule and provide enrichment activities, playtime, medication if required, and basic training reinforcement. We’ll happily send regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your furry friend is happy and well cared for.

There are several veterinary clinics nearby, and we both have our own cars, so transporting your pet is never a problem if needed.

We understand that every pet has their own personality, preferences, and daily routine, and we’re committed to following your instructions to make sure they feel comfortable, secure, and loved while you’re away. We only care for a limited number of pets at a time so that each one receives the individual attention and care they deserve.

For us, caring for animals isn’t just a job, it’s something we genuinely love. It would truly be a pleasure to spend time with your four-legged family members and provide them with the same love, patience, and care we would give our own. We can’t wait to meet you and your furry friends! 🐾
