"We had a last minute crisis, needing to attend a family funeral interstate. I reached out to a few people on Pawshake; Bettina and Luciano responded in less than half an hour, more than willing to help. Prompt with all communication, easy to work with - when we needed someone most to help, they were the perfect answer to look after our three fur babies.
