I used to have a fur babies myself, he was my childhood dog called Odie. He was the best dog ever, a little white Bichon Frisée, sadly he passed away. I'm a clean and tidy person, if your pet will accidentally make a little mess I will help you to maintain your house in a good condition. One thing about me is I love animals whether they are big or small I love them all. My love for animals has then led me to move away from home to study zoology at UWA. Due to me having to move I had to leave my dog behind she's a gorgeous Labrador retriever cross who is 12 so I've been with her my entire life and miss her dearly, which is why I would love to start walking dogs or look after any animals as I miss the interaction of animals. 
I have experience with walking and pet sitting with all types of animals from large dogs like Labrador doodle to cats. I'm good with any size and any breed I'll look after them with the same amount of love.
I'm mostly available during the afternoon to evening throughout the week and mornings on weekends. 
During home visits I can stay for as long as needed and can water plants and bing in mail and tidy up the dog's area if needed. For dog walks I can do from half an hour to two hour walks depends on what's needed for the pet, and would take them to a dog park if they are more playful kind or just walk around the neighbourhood.
The place I live at sadly doesn't allow pets so pet walking and sitting will be a great way to hang out with animals again which I miss so much.

Regarding dogs, I have most commonly looked after beagles, King Charles cavaliers, toy poodles, greyhounds, labradors, along with the occasional "mix breed" (every dog seems to have a bit of American staffy in them right?). I have a particular love for greyhounds. Their history in racing is something that breaks my heart  my grandfather frequently rescued greyhounds and this is where my love stems from.

I have taken early retirement from a career in allied health care and now I am seeking opportunities to take care of your pets when you are unable to.  
Please note; I have recently taken on employment part time during the day in my local area. So I can only pet sit in a 10km radius of Bull Creek.
I live with my adult son and daughter, who love animals as much as I do. We had a georgeous Golden Retriever who passed away two years ago and we miss her so much, she was a part of the family; we haven't quite recovered from losing her so have taken our time to replace her. Growing up my sisters and I had a dog, cats, birds, ghecko's, mice and guinea pigs, so we always had pets in our family. 
I understand what it is like to have an older dog who needs gentle care, whether it be special food preparation or administering medication. Having raised our dog since she was a puppy, I understand the basics of training, but the most important thing I feel, is that I provide consistent care exactly as you would want me to. My goal is to make sure that your pet feels secure and reassured with me, giving you peace of mind that they are happy and relaxed while you are away. For example, if your dog is not allowed on the couch, I need to know this and will make sure your house rules are followed. If your dog is normally allowed to sleep with you on the bed, I am happy to do the same. All of these details can be collected and discussed on our initial meeting. 
The photos you see in my profile are of myself, my daughter and my mother at our home with our dog, relatives, and friend's dog. We also occasionally look after our neighbours dog.
My services available at the moment are as follows

House sitting

I can stay in your home night and day and provide full care for a maximum of 3 weeks. As I can work from my laptop, and do online work I can be fully 'home based'. I also carry out my art so I can be with your pets most of the day if required, and if I need to go out it would only be a few hours at a time. 

Home visit

Or if you prefer, I can visit your home and spend up to 3 hours there, including taking your dog on a walk and carry out other tasks while there. The time of day as negotiated with you. 

Dog walks

During a home visit, I can walk your dog for 30 minutes, longer walks as negotiated within the agreed home visit time frame. While house sitting, one 30 minute dog walk is included in the fee, extra walks as negotiated. 

Services I provide

- I can administer medication and grooming exactly as per your instruction. 
- I am happy to board more than one pet and depending on the size of your dogs, I can walk two. 
- I will also carry out tasks such as watering your plants, putting out your rubbish bin, taking in your mail and so on. While staying in your home I can offer twice daily walks, for the same time duration that you normally would.
- If you require, I will update you with daily reports and photos/movie on how your pet is going ;)  
I am a very tidy and organised person, and taking care of your home and respecting your property is as important to me as caring for your pets. While house sitting I always use my own bedding and toiletries, food, utensils and so on. I will ensure that your home is very well cared for, leaving it tidy and clean ready for your return. I take security measures very seriously, and I do not intend to have visitors in your home unless with your approval first. I feel it is very important that all details are covered thoroughly at our initial meeting; for example, all your instructions for pet care, emergency contact details, your vet, so I have my own special prompt list that will need to be completed in addition to your instructions you provide, to ensure nothing is overlooked.  
In addition I have an up to date NCC National Crime Check and Right to Work check certificates. I can also provide character references as needed.
