As Ollie is currently sick, Magda was sharing with me daily updates on a treatment progress, was updating my vet, giving Ollie medication and made sure that he is well looked after. "Kate was a wonderful house sitter and minder for my jack russell x mini fox terrier dog. He has additional needs and Kate was more then happy to take that little bit extra care and effort when looking after him. I was regularly kept up to date with photos and messages which put my mind at ease while I was overseas for a week. I came back to one happy dog and the house was in excellent condition. I'm very thankful I found Kate and couldn't recommend her enough! When next I need someone to take care of my pup, Kate for sure will be my first option."

"Lydia house sat and cared for Alfie, our 18 month old Irish Wolfhound for 3 weeks. As a giant breed weighing 50kg who at the time also had a medical condition, Alfie required a particular level of care and we were apprehensive about leaving him for an extended period. Lydia exceeded every expectation and cared for him with same love and diligence that we do.
Lydia has a very calm and grounded presence which Alfie responded very well to. During our time away the two of them developed a beautiful bond.
Lydia’s care included walking him twice a day, giving him medication and daily updates to us about how he was doing.
Alfie’s medical condition relapsed while we were away and Lydia handled this exactly as we would have, taking him first to our local vet and then to the animal hospital, updating us along the way each time there was a decision to make.
We have already arranged for Lydia to look after Alfie again next year and would not hesitate to recommend her to others!"

"I have two very big, boisterous dogs that I find hard to handle at the best of times.
Looking for a pet sitter is so daunting for me.
Miriam met me and the dogs for a meet and greet to ensure that the dogs were ‘doable’ and she reassured me that she would manage. And she did so above all expectations, the meet and greet was a bonus but her capability surprised me to say the least!
I received photos and updates throughout the day (I don’t even know how she managed a photo during the walk!) she went above and beyond for the three days she spent with the pups. My dogs spent the day outside, having fun, wagging their tails and when I got home, it was clean, fresh and it felt like I hadn’t gone away.
What a treasure, I don’t only recommend and commend Miriam, I urge you to connect with her for a trustworthy, reliable, competent and just hands down amazing dog sitter and walker."

She met with us last minute to house sit/look after our Jack Russel x, Frank (and was super accomodating to help out when Frank last minute injured his foot just before our trip). She sent us pictures and updated us on Frank while we were overseas for 2 weeks, and we came back to a happy, healthy Frank and clean apartment. "We could not rate Claire more highly!!! She really went above and beyond with our doggies. She was excellent at communicating, giving them their medicine, and even delt with a freak incident in the neighbourhood, keeping the dogs safe. It was clear the dogs got lots of attention and love because they were so calm when we arrived home. Claire also left our house in absolutely immaculate condition. We would love to have her back as a sitter any time. "

Our place was left lovely & clean & we had great communication throughout with photos and messages.
When we got home, our cats and dog were super relaxed and happy, one of our cats has a bit of separation anxiety and gets easily stressed, he was the most relaxed I have ever seen him after being away.

"Lou did an incredible job looking after my two cats! I came home from my holiday feeling like they barely missed me because they were so well taken care of. The cats had even had a disagreement the day before I went away after getting outside and encountering another cat. I had them separated and thought they would need to stay apart until I returned, but Lou managed to get them back together again! Even my very shy cat Loki had warmed up to Lou within a day of them staying there!
The value for money was great, and daily updates and photos of my beloved kitties having a great time made my holiday so much more relaxing. I could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Lou!"
