"Ella is the most exceptional, loving, caring and adaptable person at very short notice to care for anyone’s animal. Jack and Pearl, our standard poodles were completely relaxed and happy on my return after an unplanned 8 day situation combined with urgent medical issues. We had just relocated from North Queensland to Williamstown in Victoria and made contact the night before I had to leave. We were not even settled in and she came early the following morning to be shown their routine and walk together before I literally raced out the door. I could not recommend more highly this wonderful girl who was organised, calm and professional to care for Jack and Pearl. "Leonie did such a wonderful job looking after our two boys! They obviously felt very comfortable around her and she was so lovely to them. She communicated everything with us and sent us a photo of them all snuggled up in bed.
To our surprise, Leonie even took in our washing and folded it for us before the rain started. Our house was like she wasn’t even there at all. She was incredibly considerate and a great pet sitter! I would highly recommend Leonie!
