"Ella is the most exceptional, loving, caring and adaptable person at very short notice to care for anyone’s animal. Jack and Pearl, our standard poodles were completely relaxed and happy on my return after an unplanned 8 day situation combined with urgent medical issues. We had just relocated from North Queensland to Williamstown in Victoria and made contact the night before I had to leave. We were not even settled in and she came early the following morning to be shown their routine and walk together before I literally raced out the door. I could not recommend more highly this wonderful girl who was organised, calm and professional to care for Jack and Pearl. I was left completely at ease in my absence under very difficult and emotional circumstances. Thank you Ella. "

She was attentive to our pets' needs and given we have a very anxious dog and so many pets (dogs, cats, fish, bird and snake) this was really important to us. "Lindsey was prompt and courteous on her first meet and greet. While we were away she ensured that our Labradoodle Archie was walked each morning before she went to work and ensured our cat Sunny was inside (when Sunny decided to come home) at night. My texts to Lindsey before we went away and while we’re were away we replied to promptly. I would definitely recommend Lindsey and I would use here services again if she is available 😀"

"Kayla was wonderful to use for my two boys (anxious staffys). She was able to give them their medication and offer them lots of comfort and cuddles. Kayla even saved them from the dreaded cane toad 😆🫣. The house was clean and perfect when I arrived back and the dogs were very happy and well settled. "Sebastian and Nabila were lovely to have in our home! They took great care of our pets and were very conscientious. They read the instructions carefully and knew when to call for help when our fish tank developed some issues, which was great considering they hadn't looked after large fish tanks before. They left the house spotless and were great communicators. Would happily have them back again :)"
