She kept us up to date throughout our trip with regular WhatsApp pics and messages, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. "Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. "Lou did an incredible job looking after my two cats! I came home from my holiday feeling like they barely missed me because they were so well taken care of. The cats had even had a disagreement the day before I went away after getting outside and encountering another cat. I had them separated and thought they would need to stay apart until I returned, but Lou managed to get them back together again! Even my very shy cat Loki had warmed up to Lou within a day of them staying there!
The value for money was great, and daily updates and photos of my beloved kitties having a great time made my holiday so much more relaxing. I could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Lou!"

"Our elderly cat is often shy with strangers and would hide under the bed with other sitters, at least from the beginning, but not Josh! From day one she was out and about when Josh was around, which is a great testimony of his skills. Josh also kept us informed with pictures and videos over the 10-day house sitting, and the house was very tidy on our return. We would highly recommend Josh’s service."
