"Hsiao Hsuan was amazing with my Chloe, she stepped in last minute and was accomodating of my requests. I had bad experience with a previous sitter, but Hsiao Hsuan understood my concerns and catered to them with empathy. She took care of Chloe as if her own, Chloe enjoyed her time with Hsiao Hsuan. She would play with Chloe and give her cuddles. She was also extremely respectful of the space and kept the apartment tidy. Definitely recommend her."

"I had Jessica stay at my home to care for my elderly cat, Marty, who has ongoing medical needs, for 10 nights while I was away. What initially drew me to her was her profile, which mentioned her experience with senior pets requiring special care—and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts, as she absolutely lived up to that impression.
From the outset, Jessica showed genuine enthusiasm and care. She was eager to come and meet both Marty and me as soon as I made contact, which immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful questions to fully understand Marty’s routine, behaviours, and medical requirements.
Jessica provided me with daily updates, with detailed notes on Marty’s habits, moods, and any changes she noticed. On top of that, she handled a fair bit of cleanup due to Marty’s condition, which I was incredibly grateful for—and I returned to a spotless home.
Jessica was kind, responsible, and truly attentive throughout the entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter, especially for animals needing a little extra care. 10 out of 10 from me!"

"Mairead recently stayed at our home for nearly a week to look after our dog and cat, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
She was thoughtful, capable, and clearly very experienced with animals. Our dog Stella is anxious and requires medication, and Mairead handled this both sensitively and confidently, keeping us informed, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Both pets were well cared for, settled, and happy on our return.
She also took care of our home, leaving everything clean and in excellent order.

"We are so happy with Susannah’s lovely care of our boy Grandpa! He is a rescue cattle dog and she was very sensitive of his needs and was very loving when she met him.
Grandpa was also very tuckered out when we got home, which is a wonderful sign that he got all the exercise that he needs! ☺
She was so happy to receive lots of info about Grandpa and the house, which made us feel very confident. She also kept in great contact whilst we were away, and watered our plants for us ☺

"Paul was a great pet and house sitter, and we'd be happy to have him stay with our dogs again. I appreciated his communicative approach both before and during our time away, and even checking in on the dogs once we were settled home again. We returned from our trip to 3 happily fed and walked dogs, and a tidy and clean house. "We are so grateful to have found Daisy and can’t thank her enough for taking such great care of our two cats and our apartment. Daisy was fabulous from the moment we contacted her, responding promptly and communicating clearly. She asked plenty of thoughtful questions and demonstrated a strong commitment to providing the best care for our pets, which put our minds at ease. It is clear Daisy has had plenty of experience with pet sitting and has a genuine love of animals. She is an all round wonderful person who is reliable, empathetic and able to quickly build trust. She also won both our cats over and was receiving head boops from the second day of her sit. We returned home to a spotless apartment and two very happy felines, who seemingly never even noticed we were gone! "I had an excellent experience with Bjoern when I had to travel overseas last minute for a week. "Ciara looked after our dog Jessie for a week. I found her easy to communicate with and to be a reliable and responsible young woman who also dealt with a couple of 'non dog' issues for us as well.
Jessie is an old dog and can get quite stressed when we go away. She was relaxed and comfortable on our return.
