"I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! Alex took amazing care of my kitten and my flat while I was away. From the beginning, communication was clear and she consistently sent an update and photos or videos once a day. She made note of funny little aspects of my kit’s behaviour, showing she really got to know her personality!
My kitten clearly adored her from the moment they met— and upon return she was playful, well-fed, and completely relaxed when I got home. It was obvious that Alex spent quality time with her and treated her with real affection and care.
She also looked after my flat beautifully—it was tidy, clean, and exactly how I left it (if not better!). It’s such a relief to know that both my pet and home were in such capable hands.
I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and responsible sitter. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!"

"Hsiao Hsuan was amazing with my Chloe, she stepped in last minute and was accomodating of my requests. I had bad experience with a previous sitter, but Hsiao Hsuan understood my concerns and catered to them with empathy. She took care of Chloe as if her own, Chloe enjoyed her time with Hsiao Hsuan. She would play with Chloe and give her cuddles. She was also extremely respectful of the space and kept the apartment tidy. Definitely recommend her."

"Zoé is a lovely pet sitter. She was able to pet sit at our home on short notice; cared and cleaned even for our cats despite her dog centred profile. She is a lover of animals. She sent daily photos and walked our dog daily, socialising her with other dogs and people. We definitely recommend her to care for your fur babies."

"We are so happy with Susannah’s lovely care of our boy Grandpa! He is a rescue cattle dog and she was very sensitive of his needs and was very loving when she met him.
Grandpa was also very tuckered out when we got home, which is a wonderful sign that he got all the exercise that he needs! ☺
She was so happy to receive lots of info about Grandpa and the house, which made us feel very confident. She also kept in great contact whilst we were away, and watered our plants for us ☺

"Paul was a great pet and house sitter, and we'd be happy to have him stay with our dogs again. I appreciated his communicative approach both before and during our time away, and even checking in on the dogs once we were settled home again. We returned from our trip to 3 happily fed and walked dogs, and a tidy and clean house. "Jane provided fantastic care for our dog, Tilly. Jane kept us updated with photos and videos whilst we were away. Tilly requires medication on a daily basis and Jane administered the meds without issue. We returned to a clean home and a calm pet. I highly recommend Jane for a professional and caring approach. "I had an excellent experience with Bjoern when I had to travel overseas last minute for a week.
