" I recently had the pleasure of having Dyan take care of my home and my beloved cat while I was away, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Dyan was professional, reliable, and incredibly attentive. My cat, who is usually quite shy, immediately warmed up to Dyan, which speaks volumes about her caring nature. She made sure that my cat was well-fed, entertained, and comfortable throughout my time away, sending me regular updates and even some adorable photos, which really put my mind at ease. When I returned home, I found my house just as I had left it—clean, tidy, and well-cared for. Dyan went above and beyond by taking care of little things I hadn't even thought to ask about, like watering the plants and bringing in the mail. I highly recommend Dyan to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring house/pet-sitter. She exceeded all my expectations and took exceptional care of both my home and my fur baby. "Jason has looked after our Sphynx cat through house sitting our apartment twice now, and has been exceptional on both occasions. He is caring, good at communicating, and an all-round reliable pet sitter. Our cat was well looked after and relaxed when we returned from our 1-2 week trips. We highly recommend him. "

"We have 3 cats, and they all have extremely different needs and totally different personalities. We had previously had the same pet sitter for over 10 years and this was our first experience of using Pawshake. We couldn't be happier with Mira. She came to our home prior to the stay to go over the many requirements we had for each cat and just to meet us in general, as I was extremely apprehensive about a new pet sitter that our cats did not know. One of my cats has extreme anxiety when new people come into our home and she was very accommodating to his needs. I was also worried about them being inside cats and the possibility of them getting out. Mira completely understood this was a major priority for us and was very conscious of ensuring they were kept safe. Mira sent us photos and updates every day, and after a couple of days of being away my apprehension disappeared and I knew we had made the right choice. They were clearly relaxed and happy. My youngest cat in particular took a real shine to Mira and was besotted with her. I cannot recommend Mira more highly, she absolutely deserves the 5 stars we have given her. She clearly has an affinity with cats. We will definitely have her come again. Thanks Mira for being so patient, caring and accommodating to 3 very different cats, all with varying needs. "

"Ellie did a great job looking after Rodolph. She asked all the right questions beforehand and made him feel comfortable and relaxed from the get go, which was great as he can be a bit anxious around new people. Rodolph is a Lab so he's not exactly a small dog and can be a bit harder to manage at times, but Ellie handled him really well. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog and a clean, tidy house We'd happily have her look after Rodolph again and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter."
