"Our family was delighted to meet Marcela to look after our large breed dog and 18yr old cat. Our dog was fond of her as soon as they met.
Marcela firstly arrived at our house for a meet and greet and met us again just before we were leaving for our trip. She organised a park play for our dog to understand his outdoor routine and came back to our house to go over both pets needs for when we were away.
Her communication was daily with photos and videos.
Anything I had missed to explain she covered immediately.
Our family felt an instant trust with Marcela and this was proven by her reliability and her amazing care she took of our pets and house. She gave more than we expected.
Marcela gave us peace of mind to travel far from home and we are so grateful for meeting her.
I highly recommend her services and can not praise her enough.

"Jason spent a couple of weeks house sitting our 3 cats and 1 dog. We're very happy/satisfied with the experience and outcome, our dog Matilda likes him a lot and our cats also got to trust him which is a good indication of care. "We have 3 cats, and they all have extremely different needs and totally different personalities. We had previously had the same pet sitter for over 10 years and this was our first experience of using Pawshake.
We couldn't be happier with Mira. She came to our home prior to the stay to go over the many requirements we had for each cat and just to meet us in general, as I was extremely apprehensive about a new pet sitter that our cats did not know.
One of my cats has extreme anxiety when new people come into our home and she was very accommodating to his needs. I was also worried about them being inside cats and the possibility of them getting out. Mira completely understood this was a major priority for us and was very conscious of ensuring they were kept safe.
Mira sent us photos and updates every day, and after a couple of days of being away my apprehension disappeared and I knew we had made the right choice. They were clearly relaxed and happy. My youngest cat in particular took a real shine to Mira and was besotted with her.
I cannot recommend Mira more highly, she absolutely deserves the 5 stars we have given her. She clearly has an affinity with cats. We will definitely have her come again.

"This was our first time leaving our doggos and bird with a sitter and we are so glad we found Johana and Fer! I was really anxious but we received lovely updates in messages, photos and a great video for reassurance. They really listened to our focus areas and attention to detail about their food, play and sleeping and were very accommodating. You can tell they really cared as our dogs were so settled when we got home. The house was in perfect condition with sheets washed and house vacuumed (which with a shedding Shar-Pei is a whole job!). Just couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️"

"Cintia is a fantastic pet sitter. I have a very special needs pooch who is 14 years old, deaf and blind and Cintia took great care of her - they just loved each other! And I was able to go away without worrying about anything. She did everything I asked her to do (gave her a very long list!). She was highly considerate and respectful of my home environment as well as taking care of Jazz just the way I would. And had no trouble giving her medications daily. "Gabby was easy to communicate with and very friendly from start to finish. We were very comfortable leaving her in charge of our house and 6yo Greyhound for 17 nights when we went on holidays. "Shona is extremely reliable who has extensive knowledge of what each of my pets required. (Energetic puppy aged 4 mths and 17 yr old cat). She went above and beyond for their care and looked after our house whilst we were away. She was consistent with her communication via texts, photos and video footage and she was so thorough and accurate we were able to have a relaxing getaway knowing everything was taken care of back home.
