"We felt absolutely comfortable leaving our two cats in Joe's hands (apart from missing them while we were gone!). Joe is reliable, punctual, conscientious and a warm and lovely person, and he has genuine animal expertise and good instincts. Regarding the home, I consider myself a bit obsessive when it comes to neatness and cleanliness: Joe left our flat spotless. The cats seemed stress-free and happy when we arrived home - Joe kept in touch regularly with photos of the relaxed felines in his company. We warmly recommend Joe for pet-sitting and house-minding."

"Diana and her husband Sebastian were absolutely amazing pet sitters for our 2 little cats. They honestly looked after them soo well, I felt so comforted that they were in the best hands. They were so warm and loving to our cats and it absolutely showed when we came home, they were really shown so much love the whole time we were gone, they even got some new toys for them. We got great updates from them about the cats antics throughout the week. The house looked great when we got home and we absolutely will be using Diana and Sebastian as our pet sitters again in the future. 😊

"Sam was a brilliant dog/house sitter and our dogs loved her. Our two young dogs are a challenge at the best of times but Sam took in her stride everything they threw her way, including steak stealing, escaping from Alcatraz and sneaky pees.
The house was spotless when we returned and I am not sure the dogs missed us at all. Her regular photo updates were priceless and gave us the reassurance we needed that everyone was OK.
I cannot recommend Sam highly enough and I am already trying to secure her services for Christmas."

"I’m super grateful for all of Ugne’s fantastic efforts in looking after my two cats for me while I was overseas for 4 weeks.
She is reliable, trustworthy, respectful, great at communicating and kept me in the loop with regular updates and photos of my much-missed fur babies.
Most importantly though, through her kindness and patience, she was able to establish a strong bond with my cats, which is no small feat considering how timid they can be due to their pasts (they are both rescue cats). My confidence in her care and knowing my cats were happy meant I was able to truly relax and enjoy my trip without worry.
The cherry on top was coming back home to a beautifully clean and tidy place with all the linen washed, dried and folded! I was very impressed.
Thank you so much Ugne, you’re welcome back anytime and I know Blankie and Misha are missing you dearly already! Much love Ria xx "

"Once again Danielle provided exceptional love and care for my two beautiful feline boys. I think she might be a cat whisperer as they clearly just moved straight into her care without a problem. She provided wonderful photos at least twice a day and updates on their behaviour and moods. She clearly cares for Sam and Dexter very much and I felt confident being away from them while she was looking out for them. She also left my house in immaculate order for which I am hugely grateful. Cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a true animal lover and a gem of a house sitter. No wonder she is in such high demand. Thank you Danielle !! "

"I can't recommend Chiao Lun ( Alice) highly enough! They took amazing care of my pets Oreo and Inky while I was away, and I felt completely at ease knowing my furry family member was in such loving hands.

"Highly recommend Daniel as a dog sitter. We have booked Daniel a couple of times in the meantime as he is very reliable, great with our three dogs (including a giant dog), sends regular updates and photos, etc.
He house sat for us for several weeks while we were overseas and he looked after the dogs and house very well. Could not be happier. :)"

"Lara and Nahuel were great house and pet sitters for my little toy poodle and I would highly recommend them.
They were responsive and accomodating from the beginning, coming over to the house for an introduction and then another time to pick up the keys. They also were able to stay at my place until I was sure my plane had landed safely to return home. It was the first time I’ve left my dog for so long and they doted over him and made sure he was happy. My dog has anxiety and they made sure to give him lots of cuddles. They sent me updates throughout my trip which put my mind at ease. They are a lovely couple and left the house nice and clean and tidy with bedding washed. Thank you Lara and Nahuel for allowing me to enjoy my holiday without having to worry. "

From the very beginning, Ellie took the time to really understand my cats’ personalities, routines, and little quirks, which meant so much to me because Luki and Rex can be quite particular and anxious. While I was away, I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such caring and attentive hands.
She went above and beyond — not just feeding and cleaning, but genuinely engaging with them, playing with them, and making sure they were comfortable and stress-free. I loved receiving updates and seeing how relaxed and happy my cats were in their own home environment.
