"Lou was a wonderful second mum to our two cats while we were away on our honeymoon. She sent us daily updates of their antics, with pics and full reports, including of their tap watering preferences lol. She kept our house so clean and tidy - and it’s so nice coming home to living plants!!
Tragically, one of our cats suddenly and unexpectedly passed away of natural causes during our trip. She went above and beyond with compassion, in helping manage the vet, sharing our grief and then keeping our little girl company until we got home. We can’t thank her enough for what she did for us and our cats. Thank you Lou xx"

"Highly recommended sitter! Naiya housesat for us and cared for our senior dog over a long weekend. She is friendly, reliable, punctual and clearly loves animals. She is studying animal care and I can see any animal would be lucky to have her look after them. Our dog adored her from their first meeting. Naiya’s communication was excellent. "Evelyn and her mum were absolutely wonderful while we were overseas for two weeks. They took such loving care of our dog and treated her like their own, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.

"Megan was absolutely incredible with my dog! He’s usually very slow to warm up and can be quite wary of new people, but he bonded with Megan so quickly thanks to her warm, patient, and playful nature. It was so clear from the start that she genuinely cares and has a natural way with animals.
She went above and beyond in every way, keeping me updated with plenty of photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind and allowed us to fully relax while we were away. It was obvious he felt safe, happy, and truly loved in her care ☺️☺️
Megan is not only reliable and professional, but also incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after him.

"This was my first time needing a dog-sitter and I was quite nervous about finding the right sitter who would tolerate our kelpies’ quirks for an overnight stay. Shadae ended being a great first pick. Her communication was great, and she connected with the dogs straight away. I left them knowing they’d be in good care. In the end I wasn’t concerned they weren’t going to be well looked after - I was more concerned if the dogs would be good for her! Would totally recommend to others."

"I recently had the pleasure of leaving my dog, Moose, in Ignacio's care for three nights, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first conversation, Ignacio was extremely professional, and his communication was excellent. Like any dog owner, I was a little anxious about leaving Moose with someone new, but as soon as we met Ignacio, I knew he was the perfect fit for the job.
Ignacio and his partner, Maria, are a wonderful couple, and they truly went above and beyond. Ignacio sent regular updates, including pictures and videos of Moose at the dog park, which put my mind at ease. It was clear Moose was having a great time and felt right at home, almost as if he was having a fun sleepover with friends rather than just waiting for me to come back.
When I returned, my house was left in perfect condition, and I could tell Moose had been well cared for. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend Ignacio and Maria to anyone looking for responsible and caring pet sitters."

"Lois was a complete delight to deal with, prompt and clear communication and punctual when meet ups were scheduled.
Lois has a friendly and relaxed manner which our 2 cats and 2 dogs clearly related to. Lois kept in touch regularly via text and sent photos which we loved receiving. We arrived home from holidays to a clean house and very relaxed dogs and cats.
We felt full confidence in leaving our home and family members in the care of Lois and look forward to booking her services again soon."

"Mya was booked to care for my 2 dogs, one of whom was sick with an aggressive cancer who unfortunately passed before our booking. She was so caring and loving to my remaining dog and put my mind at ease through regular updates. The house was exactly as I left it and she was a great communicator.
