"We had a last minute travel need and Miriam really saved the day.
Her responses were incredibly quick - I actually commented to my wife on how quick the average response time on her profile was, and she somehow beat her average when responding to me!
Not only was she quick on the response, but her communication was excellent both before and during the booking.
She sent several updates including photos during our fairly short booking, which is always very much appreciated by my wife.
Our cats take a while to get used to people and changes to their daily life seem to affect them quite a lot. Within a few days, our girls seem to have gotten used to Miriam far more than they usually would with most people.
Even though we stressed to her not to worry about cleaning or anything like that, she left the house spotless on our return.
We honestly couldn't have been happier with Miriam's care for our cats, and the booking in general. We will absolutely be a return customer! "

"I had Jordan look after my 6 month old pup for five nights . I can honestly say Jordan was absolutely amazing. She sent updates everyday not once did I have to chase her for updates.
Toffee is still in the puppy stage and Jordan did lots of training with him and sent me videos and wrote lots of notes for me to carry on doing with him.
I will definitely be having Jordan again and also will be recommending her to friends. House was nice and tidy when we got home. Jordan definitely went above and beyond. I can’t talk highly enough. "

"To whom it may concern.
It gives us great pleasure to advise that Sue has recently minded our two dogs Max and Frankie for an entire month. During that period Sue stayed in and tended to the daily requirements like occasionally watering the plants, taking out the mail, allowing access for the gardener etc.
Sue satisfied every commitment with distinction.
If they could talk, both Max and Frankie would say they loved having Sue look after them too.
We appreciated the constant feedback on how it was going with photo's of our doggies now and again.
We highly recommend Sue to anyone that would like a sincere and trustworthy pet sitter for their home.

"We couldn’t have asked for better care for our two staffies. Stephen was incredibly responsive to all messages and requests, which gave us great peace of mind. When our original pet-minder cancelled at the last minute, he stepped in without hesitation and even arranged to bring the dogs to our wedding. He went above and beyond by bathing them beforehand, and on the day, he handled them so professionally that many of our guests commented on how well-behaved and well-managed they were. We highly recommend Stephen and will absolutely be using his services again!"

"I'm grateful to have found such a reliable, trustworthy and kind home and pet sitter.
Charlize is a great pet sitter who takes excellent care of all our animals. She has a gentle calm nature which our dogs immediately picked up on. We have four cats and two dogs (bull arabs over 49kg each) and five tanks of axolotl’s which all required feeding. She kept our house clean and took care of the cat and dog poo on a daily basis. She kept us informed of any issues and sent plenty of photos to reassure us our pets were safe and sound while on our holiday. On our return we found the house neat and tidy and the floor and carpet vacuumed which was a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend Charlize as a pet and house sitter. We will definitely use her again."

"I was really apprehensive at having a house sitter and leaving Peppa with a pet sitter but Jan was so good at communicating every day, sometimes multiple times a day! sending photos and funny captions. This made my holiday more enjoyable and took the stress out of leaving. Jan and Kerry not only looked after the pets (1 dog, 1 cat and many fish) but left the house as if they were never there. I would absolutely entrust Jan and Kerry with House sitting again :) "

"This is the second time Desi has looked after our two dogs. She does a great job. Desi followed instructions left for her with no fuss and her communication was great. "Jay was awesome, we needed someone at short notice so we didn’t get a chance for a meet and greet but that didn’t matter, chief is a big dog and it can be quite intimidating but Jay took it in his stride and knew how to handle himself around a big dog, I think even our 16year old cat thought he was a good pet sitter and i trust her judgement… so we would highly recommend Jay for your next pet sitting job!"

"I recently had a well overdue holiday overseas.
Since my very first meeting with Julie and Ken I was hoping they could accommodate me in their busy schedule..
During our very first meeting I felt very comfortable with them and trusted them and they certainly did not disappoint in any regard.
I have two Burmese cats and Burmese are prone to stress with different people that they are not familiar with.
The finer points-they kept me updated with messages and photos daily.They looked after my house like it was their own home.
I came home to a lovely clean house and my Burmese were very well cared for and extremely content.
Nothing was to much trouble for them.
I could go on and on but they truly are 5 x Star house,dog,cat sitters and pet sitters of the highest caliber.
I just want to thank them again for a totally stress free holiday. and doing such a fantastic job while I was away"
