We found her to be courteous, warm and friendly. She was punctual to our Meet and Greet and on the day when she came to our home to be with Dougal. She showed skill in building rapport with him and left our home in impeccable shape. "Shona is extremely reliable who has extensive knowledge of what each of my pets required. (Energetic puppy aged 4 mths and 17 yr old cat). She went above and beyond for their care and looked after our house whilst we were away. She was consistent with her communication via texts, photos and video footage and she was so thorough and accurate we were able to have a relaxing getaway knowing everything was taken care of back home. I can not thank Shona enough for her genuine care, hard work and loving nature towards our pets. I fully recommend Shona for any family needing pet care and house sitting. "Hazel was a brilliant dog sitter and from the minute she turned up for the meet and greet the dogs loved her; which was amazing since one of them can be a little difficult at times and it meant that we were immediately comfortable leaving the dogs in her care. She was attentive during the meet and greet to the needs of administering medication to the dogs, communication was a breeze and she left the house clean and tidy and laundered bedding. I will definitely use Hazel again when we next need a dog / house sitter. Thank you Hazel....."

"Kate was a great sitter for our two pups that can be a handful if you're not aware of dog behaviours. She was professional and tactful with the dogs when we had our first meet & greet. I've had other dog sitters let the dogs jump all over them. I've got a Staffy and a Kelpie cross...not breeds that you should let jump all over you! She also did a wonderful job caring for the house. Kate is trustworthy, and I'd recommend her for your dog sitting needs."
