"Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. We also received consistent updates and pictures whilst we were away, which was lovely. We returned home to a clean house and two happy, healthy cats. "Han-En was absolutely wonderful with our cat, who can be a bit anxious and hard to handle at times. She was patient and took the time to understand his personality. Her communication was excellent, she kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I came home to a relaxed, happy cat and a spotless apartment. "I had Jessica stay at my home to care for my elderly cat, Marty, who has ongoing medical needs, for 10 nights while I was away. What initially drew me to her was her profile, which mentioned her experience with senior pets requiring special care—and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts, as she absolutely lived up to that impression.
From the outset, Jessica showed genuine enthusiasm and care. She was eager to come and meet both Marty and me as soon as I made contact, which immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful questions to fully understand Marty’s routine, behaviours, and medical requirements.
Jessica provided me with daily updates, with detailed notes on Marty’s habits, moods, and any changes she noticed. On top of that, she handled a fair bit of cleanup due to Marty’s condition, which I was incredibly grateful for—and I returned to a spotless home.
Jessica was kind, responsible, and truly attentive throughout the entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter, especially for animals needing a little extra care. 10 out of 10 from me!"

"50 stars for Sandy!!! I truly could not have asked for a better sitter for our dog, cat and two guinea pigs over the weekend.
Our original sitter had fallen through and Sandy arrived just minutes before we left for the airport. She took the most amazing care of our tricky kelpie Labrador Nala, and sent me so many photos so I wasn’t worried about how they were getting along. She even made special food for Nala because her tummy was upset. I think Sandy took much better care of Nala than we do. I highly highly recommend Sandy. She is lovely, responsive, trust worthy, capable and kind.

"Ariel looked after my rescue staffy, Winter, for an entire month! I'd never been away from her for more than 10 days so was a super nervous mum, especially given she's a rescue and has separation anxiety.
Because of this, I hired Ariel for many walks, house visits and an overnight trial in the lead-up to my holiday so they could get well-acquainted and build trust. Ariel was so patient, understanding and caring throughout the entire process.
Even though Winter would refuse to walk with her, Ariel persevered with positive reinforcement and really showed how much she cared for Winter's well-being. This was also evident throughout the month she housesat and looked after Winter. She managed Winter's medication and allergies with the utmost care and knowing my baby was in good hands, really allowed me to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I got constant updates throughout and the house was so well kept.
I'd highly recommend Ariel to any pet parent who wants someone to truly care about their pet and do whatever it takes to show them the love and patience they need. She's truly a gem and I'm so glad I found a sitter I can trust and rely on! "

"Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! Laura took on housesitting for just under 2 weeks. On our return, the place was clean and tidy, the pups were happy and we will definitely be using her services again. Thanks Laura! "Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Lauren is a fabulous cat sitter who I thoroughly recommend. One of my cats has medical issues and has a complicated feeding regime and requires medication, and Lauren managed everything perfectly. She provided regular updates with great photos which meant I was reassured the whole time I was away. She has an obvious affinity with animals - my cats are shy with new people but they warmed to her very quickly. As a bonus she left the house super clean and tidy!"
