She was incredibly attentive and even met with us twice beforehand to make sure she understood all the details about looking after our cat, Lucy. That extra care really gave us peace of mind while we were away.
When we came back, Lucy was happy and content, and the house was in great condition. It was clear that she had been very well looked after. We’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sit.

"We recently had the pleasure of hiring Lauren as our dog sitter for two weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with her service! She took exceptional care of our two boys, providing them with plenty of playtime and daily walks. Lauren kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which reassured us that they were having a great time. Her communication was outstanding; she was always available for any questions or clarifications we had. When we returned, our home was spotless, showing her great respect for our space. "James and Kirstie are superstar sitters! They stayed in our home for just over 2 weeks and took care of our two Great Danes while we were away. Our dogs just loved their care and attention and we returned to happy, very settled fur babies. They were also amazing at liaising with other services we had arranged while we were away, and took wonderful care of our home and garden. Our home was spotless when we returned- bliss! Nothing was too much trouble- James and Kirstie communicated promptly if there was an issue, kept us up to date with regular pictures and little stories about how everyone was doing. "Andrea was fabulous. Abe had hurt himself and needed medication and she happily looked after him. Andrea was clear in her communication and has such a strong, calm, caring way about her. She put me at ease about leaving my old boy. Andrea communicated honestly and frequently which was very much appreciated. Abe adores her and we definitely will be using Andrea again. "

"Rebecca was a great pet sitter and took great care of our 2 cats while we were holidaying in France and Spain. When first meeting her she asked all the right questions about our cats and really showed a great understanding of cats behaviour and needs. She sent us daily pictures of our furr babies which made the separation less difficult. It was also great to see how quickly Rebecca's lap got claimed by our 2 cats! To top it off the house was immaculate when we returned. I highly recommend Rebecca's services. I would definitely like for her to petsit our 2 cats again in the future if she's available. "

"Above and beyond care of the needs of all pets and careful consideration for providing updates to me daily with lovely photos of each pet and house/ garden.
This was a more complex pet sit with a Cockatoo transitioning into family life.
I don’t think many pet sitters could provide the maturity and sensitivity to the unique requirements that Jean brought with her experience. Jean was extremely thoughtful in how she managed our Cockatoo whilst also caring for our beloved Kitty cat, chickens and Axolotyl.
If I could rate higher I would. Highly recommend and consider myself very lucky to have Jean look after our house and pets. Huge thank you!! "

"Bianca took excellent care of our two cats, particularly our grumpy senior cat that needs daily medication, frequent feeding and needs to be let outside as he refuses to use litter. We came home to two very calm and non stressed cats. In addition, Bianca kept the house clean & tidy and maintained daily communication with us. We certainly hope that Bianca is available the next time we need pet sitting for our two cats."

"Abby did an amazing job looking after my 3 working dogs over the past few days, who can be a handful sometimes.
One of my pets was recovering from leg surgery and Abby looked after her and administered daily medication.
Abby was attentive, courteous, and left my house looking spick and span.

"Rainny looked after our cat and house over the NY break.

"Christopher took our last minute job and saved us! He was prompt, friendly, polite and above all so fantastic with Alfie. I was in Sydney when Christopher took the job and he didn’t mind the hassle of having to liaise with my sister for keys and instructions to the house!
