"Chintia and Jeffrey were amazing to deal with and made the whole petsitting experience really stress-free for me.
Their communication was great throughout, they kept me updated regularly with messages and photos, which I really appreciated. Blaze was clearly very well looked after and comfortable in their care. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely caring towards him. I felt confident leaving Blaze with them. "Fran made us feel very comfortable leaving our cat with a pet sitter for the first time! She was very thorough and helpful guiding us through the process during our initial meeting. Daily updates with photos were lovely while we were away and she left the house in great shape with sheets in the wash and bins taken out! Would definitely ask Fran to house and cat sit again!"

"Michelle is world class. This was my first time using a pet sitter and it was for 6 weeks so me and my partner were naturally super nervous, Michelle put our minds at ease so quickly!!
She was fabulous at looking after our cats and ensured she met all their individual needs.
The communication was great and she was always quick to reply.
In addition to being incredible at looking after the little cats, Michelle left our house super clean. She looked after our place with such care. This was a lovely treat after a long day of travelling home.

"Vanessa stayed at my house and took fabulous care of my two dogs for an extended time . They were clearly loved and looked after. Which is exactly what as a devoted dog owner you hope for. One of the dogs was recovering from unexpected major surgery do required more attention with medication and lead walks. This dog can be nervous , so Vanessa did a great job of making her feel secure. Vanessa frequently sent photos of the dogs and ask timely and relevant questions about some aspects of care, which were so appreciated. Vanessa was always keen to know each dogs specific needs and l came home to two happy dogs! Thank you Vanessa 😀"

"This was my first time needing a dog-sitter and I was quite nervous about finding the right sitter who would tolerate our kelpies’ quirks for an overnight stay. Shadae ended being a great first pick. Her communication was great, and she connected with the dogs straight away. I left them knowing they’d be in good care. In the end I wasn’t concerned they weren’t going to be well looked after - I was more concerned if the dogs would be good for her! Would totally recommend to others."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Gerardine! She was incredible with our very shy cat. She had our cat warming up to her in record time, you can tell she’s such a cat person and the daily updates/photos put us at ease straight away.
We came back to a very tidy and clean house, she even left us a framed picture of Alaska, which was such a special gift!

"We booked Alicia just two days before our trip when our original pet sitter cancelled. We have a very ill, complicated senior cat, and Alicia was absolutely wonderful with her and our dog, Buddy. She confidently handled all of our cat’s medication needs and even took her to the vet twice a week. Her communication was amazing, and we were able to relax on our trip thanks to her.
