We had the most wonderful experience with Karen, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, her care, professionalism, and genuine love for animals were evident in everything she did.
Karen looked after our girl, Lady, with so much warmth, patience, and attention that it truly felt like she was with family rather than a sitter. The peace of mind this gave us while we were away was priceless. Communication was great, and it was clear that Lady was comfortable, happy, and very well cared for at all times.
We returned home after 15 days of trip, and the house was absolutely immaculate — such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that meant the world to us after a long journey. It spoke volumes about Karen’s dedication and pride in the care she provides.
This was not just a service, but a genuinely heartfelt experience. We are incredibly grateful for Karen’s support, kindness, and the love she showed Lady. We will always be indebted to her and would not hesitate for a second to book her again.

"Samantha was again absolutely incredible as always. This time she house sat and cared for our elderly bird and lovely little old dog who was 10 days into her recovering from dental surgery. Samantha sent us great updates with photos & took such wonderful care of our home and bird and especially our little dog she made sure she had all her medications with food and on time as part of her medical care schedule we can tell our dog and bird really feel safe and enjoy Samanthas company very much. It is so important to us that our lovely dog and bird feel safe and enjoy their home comforts and company with a peaceful very skilled reliable person who genuinely cares so much for animals wellbeing and enjoys time connecting with them. "Paris did an awesome job looking after our dog, Basil. She took really good care of him over the course of a weekend. She did house sitting as well as dog sitting, which was such a great help for us. The house was left very clean and tidy after she stayed. "Annthea is such a devoted dog sitter and Toby,our cavoodle, absolutely loved her. She genuinely adores animals, is punctual and communicates throughout the day with updates and photos, to ensure the owners are kept informed and reassured. She stayed over at our house and even was happy to water the garden for the week and left us with a scone snack and a personalized handwritten note upon our arrival home, after a weeklong road trip, which was a lovely surprise. "Could not be happier with Nikoo's service house sitting and looking after my two senior dogs. After the meet and greet I was so comfortable to leave them in her care for 13 nights. "Chloe has been our pet sitter for the second time now and we are very grateful to have found her. It’s been a long time since we had a reliable pet sitter and Chloe has been wonderful with all three of our cats. June in particular never is comfortable with any outsiders, but she got along great with Chloe. Not just the cats, but our house was well looked after too!
