"we were so happy to have Chinmayee look after our pets while we were away, we were away for almost a month and had Chinmayee stay at our house, and to know our pets were looked after and able to be in their own environment helped ease the worry of leaving them. One of our dogs is a bit anxious, but she really connected well with them all. she regularly communicated with us and gave updates of their time. she took great care of our home as well and was a pleasure to come home to a clean home and happy pets. would highly recommend and re book with her again. She approached my cat calmly and when I got home my girl seemed relaxed…happy to see me but also not too bothered 🤣 I think all pet parents know how stressful it is to leave your pet in someone else’s hands but Gabriele took great care of her and my house was clean on arrival 🐈 "

"Belle was fantastic. from the first meeting I felt comfortable with her as our choice. She was attentive to our pets' needs and given we have a very anxious dog and so many pets (dogs, cats, fish, bird and snake) this was really important to us. "Helen did a wonderful job taking care of our 11-year-old kelpie Audrey in our home for a long weekend. As an older rescue (and an energetic breed), Audrey can be a demanding pet, but Helen navigated her needs perfectly. Helen is an excellent communicator and she gave us regular photo updates of Audrey's mealtimes and walks, which meant that we were able to enjoy our time out of town without worrying about our beloved dog. Helen also let the place in excellent condition. We will definitely hire Helen again! "
