"I absolutely could not rate Tania higher. Aroha is a timid cat yet Tania had her snuggling and smooching and I think she ended up adored Tania. Tania took such great care of her, sending us photos and keeping me up to date with her while we were on holiday. "Laura house sat our 6 month old puppy, Pepper, and our two rescue cats, Marty and Poe, for two weeks while we were on holiday. She was fantastic. Pepper loved her as soon as they first met and I felt confident with Laura’s friendly but calm manner when she visited before her house sit. Laura communicated regularly with me while we were away including plenty of photos/videos. I felt confident that she asked for advice about the animals as needed as well as updating us on how they were going. When there was a minor incident caused by another dog when Pepper was out for a walk Laura let me know and then kept me updated on how Pepper went on his walks over the next few days. The kids were worried that Pepper would prefer Laura to us when we got back! Laura worked on Pepper’s toilet training (which was not perfect) and trained him to wait while his food bowel was put down - something that I hadn’t managed to get him to do. When we got back from our trip, the house was clean, the cats were well fed and Pepper was settled and better trained than when we left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura as a house sitter and will certainly hope that she is available next time we go away. "
