Joseph was fabulous from the moment of our meet and greet, with Lilly jumping straight onto Joseph’s knee I knew he was a perfect fit. 😀Lilly our cocker spaniel and Henry and Hermione our two cats were totally relaxed when we returned from 2 week cruise. Lilly was walked everyday and even went on an excursion to pet barn ❤️. 100percent recommend Joseph to look after all Animals. "

"Ella is the most exceptional, loving, caring and adaptable person at very short notice to care for anyone’s animal. Jack and Pearl, our standard poodles were completely relaxed and happy on my return after an unplanned 8 day situation combined with urgent medical issues. We had just relocated from North Queensland to Williamstown in Victoria and made contact the night before I had to leave. We were not even settled in and she came early the following morning to be shown their routine and walk together before I literally raced out the door. I could not recommend more highly this wonderful girl who was organised, calm and professional to care for Jack and Pearl. I was left completely at ease in my absence under very difficult and emotional circumstances. Thank you Ella. "

"Belle was fantastic. from the first meeting I felt comfortable with her as our choice. She was attentive to our pets' needs and given we have a very anxious dog and so many pets (dogs, cats, fish, bird and snake) this was really important to us. "Stephanie stayed in our house for a week to look after our pets. Our staffy, cat and 2 guinea pigs were very well cared for! Our house was left clean and tidy as she found it 😊
Unfortunately Stephanie left a day earlier than we thought she would due to a mix up with the dates. Her Communication prior to leaving was really good, but we were out of service so couldn’t let her know in time that it was the wrong day. Easy fix, she went back the next day as a day visit instead and took our dog a bone.
In future I will leave an extra key with a friend! We didn’t do this which means Stephanie could not get back in once she had left.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Stephanie again as a house/ pet sitter, our pets were very comfortable with her (even our very excitable staffy calmed down with her easily, as if she was part of the family). Thank you!"

"Kayla was wonderful to use for my two boys (anxious staffys). She was able to give them their medication and offer them lots of comfort and cuddles. Kayla even saved them from the dreaded cane toad 😆🫣. The house was clean and perfect when I arrived back and the dogs were very happy and well settled. "Mel was an exceptional in-house cat sitter. I was constantly impressed with her communication, including the daily exploits my two girls got up to. She became an expert cat walker and managed to win over my very shy Poppy, who obviously enjoyed Mel's company. Daisy, too, was spoilt with lots of brushing and attention. I had a wonderful break knowing that the girls were in excellent care. I cannot commend Mel enough for all she did.
