"Megan was absolutely incredible with my dog! He’s usually very slow to warm up and can be quite wary of new people, but he bonded with Megan so quickly thanks to her warm, patient, and playful nature. It was so clear from the start that she genuinely cares and has a natural way with animals.
She went above and beyond in every way, keeping me updated with plenty of photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind and allowed us to fully relax while we were away. It was obvious he felt safe, happy, and truly loved in her care ☺️☺️
Megan is not only reliable and professional, but also incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after him.
We would absolutely recommend Megan to anyone and will 100% be reaching out to her again for our next holiday!"

"We had Gizem stay at our place for 2 nights to look after our 3 cats, one of which has medication each night. Gizem took such good care of them! She sent me photos throughout the day and gave me updates on how they were going. It was our first time leaving them overnight with someone new and I was very anxious but Gizem eased my anxiety and looked after them like her own. Will definitely book Gizem again!"

"This was my first time needing a dog-sitter and I was quite nervous about finding the right sitter who would tolerate our kelpies’ quirks for an overnight stay. Shadae ended being a great first pick. Her communication was great, and she connected with the dogs straight away. I left them knowing they’d be in good care. In the end I wasn’t concerned they weren’t going to be well looked after - I was more concerned if the dogs would be good for her! Would totally recommend to others."

"We booked Alicia just two days before our trip when our original pet sitter cancelled. We have a very ill, complicated senior cat, and Alicia was absolutely wonderful with her and our dog, Buddy. She confidently handled all of our cat’s medication needs and even took her to the vet twice a week. Her communication was amazing, and we were able to relax on our trip thanks to her. "Jenn took amazing care of my dog poppy while me and my partner travelled interstate. We got constant updates and photos which really alleviated any anxieties we had about leaving her.
