"Cleophe was great. On the meet and greet she sat on the floor and played with the girls for a while rather than rushing off. The girls were happy and well looked after and the house was very neat and clean on my return. I intend to rebook her for my next trip away."

Gemma sent me video updates showing how Bella was doing and 'allowing' Gemma to be affectionate to her. I appreciated seeing Bella while I wasn't with her. What a fabulous person to be looking after our cats ! As soon as we met Tracey; her first priority was getting to know our 2 cats who as cats are, fairly picky ! The cats took to Tracey, she definitely a cat lover. There was clear & open communication; photos of the cats, this made our holiday more relaxed; as our pets are being well cared for ! "Karen is the epitome of an excellent cat sitter. She is also undergoing her final year of becoming a Vet so we knew our 3 cats would be in great hands. She provided us with multiple daily updates and pictures of our cats with a brief message on how they were doing, which to us was very much appreciated. She was also very clean and tid. "Heather was just wonderful with our high energy 16mth old foster dog Cookie! Heather is a great communicator and was diligent in checking in for house and pet instructions.
