"Ted stayed at my house to look after my dog and cat for one night. He was helpful and took great care of them. When I realised my flight home was going to be a bit late he was able to help by later in the evening.

"Ella is the most exceptional, loving, caring and adaptable person at very short notice to care for anyone’s animal. Jack and Pearl, our standard poodles were completely relaxed and happy on my return after an unplanned 8 day situation combined with urgent medical issues. We had just relocated from North Queensland to Williamstown in Victoria and made contact the night before I had to leave. We were not even settled in and she came early the following morning to be shown their routine and walk together before I literally raced out the door. I could not recommend more highly this wonderful girl who was organised, calm and professional to care for Jack and Pearl. I was left completely at ease in my absence under very difficult and emotional circumstances. Thank you Ella. "

So considerate of the space and when I needed to get another sitter in last minute for the day after due to an extension of my trip, even cleaned the place and changed the sheets for the person after. "Alyssa took on minding our two dogs at short notice. She left our house very tidy and kindly watered our seedlings for us. We hadn’t used a dog sitter before and one of our dogs is very shy with people she doesn’t know so I was a bit worried about how it would go. Although Alyssa let us know that she and Willow had a slow start together, by the end of the 3 days Willow had warmed to her and was letting her pat her. When we got home both our dogs were happy and relaxed. So we think Alyssa did a great job! Thank you, Alyssa. "

"Paula looked after our 2 dogs and 2 cats for a 3 week period. It was really handy to have someone available for that amount of time who could look after all our animals. Her work and study patterns meant she was able to spend considerable time with our pets looking after them. Paula was well presented and communicated well through text message. She looked after our pets very well, and provided regular updates (photo and video) on how they were going and she seemed to genuinely enjoy spending time with them. She also kept the house very clean. I would recommend Paula to anyone looking for a live-in pet sitter."

"Lindsey was prompt and courteous on her first meet and greet. While we were away she ensured that our Labradoodle Archie was walked each morning before she went to work and ensured our cat Sunny was inside (when Sunny decided to come home) at night. My texts to Lindsey before we went away and while we’re were away we replied to promptly. I would definitely recommend Lindsey and I would use here services again if she is available 😀"

"Sebastian and Nabila were lovely to have in our home! They took great care of our pets and were very conscientious. They read the instructions carefully and knew when to call for help when our fish tank developed some issues, which was great considering they hadn't looked after large fish tanks before. They left the house spotless and were great communicators. Would happily have them back again :)"
