"Alex was amazing with our cat and dog while we were away. She is kind, personable and responsible and we didn't have to worry about the house or pets while we were away. She gave us daily updates on what the pets were up to and was very responsive if we had any extra questions.
Our house was very clean when we came home, and I think the pets (especially our dog) were sad we were back and their new friend had gone home!
I would highly recommend Alex as a pet and house sitter, and we will definitely be booking her for any future trips."

We have a menagerie of pets that she cared for including chickens, cats and a dog. She managed very well with some minor unexpected issues with the pets. We found her to be very calm and capable. We were able to relax on our holiday knowing she was taking good care of our pets."

What a fabulous person to be looking after our cats ! As soon as we met Tracey; her first priority was getting to know our 2 cats who as cats are, fairly picky ! The cats took to Tracey, she definitely a cat lover. There was clear & open communication; photos of the cats, this made our holiday more relaxed; as our pets are being well cared for ! "Brenton and Angela cared for our dog and cat over the xmas and NY break. From our first meeting we knew we had chosen the perfect sitters. Brenton and Angela are warm, friendly, attentive and always had our pets best interest in mind.
Our pets were well cared for and spoilt - they went above and beyond and bought our dog a new chew toy when they saw she needed something harder to chew. Brenton and Angela kept in regular contact sending updates and photos.
Our house was left spotless. Next time we need pet sitters we will certainly be booking Brenton and Angela again.

"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Natalie. Our little Yorkshire Terrier needed an unexpected eye surgery just a week before our scheduled trip. Natalie took excellent care of her healing eye and provided us with regular updates and photos, which were incredibly reassuring. She also helped organize a delivery we received while we were away. The house was left in perfect condition, and it was clear that Journey was well cared for and happy. I highly recommend Natalie and Daniel to anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and professional pet sitter. We will be booking them again for our next trip!"

"Wow. Sophie was awesome. My animals all love her and her partner Alex. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats. 1 dog needs medication. Two are smaller older dogs and 2 are young border collies. There is also some dynamics with the dogs that need to be managed with some separation management now the little dogs are getting older. Being border collies - I really wanted the mental stimulation to continue for them while I was away. Sophie and Alex were both brilliant in learning all their games and tricks and routines to keep things running smoothly. Communication was great which was appreciated. They looked after everything in the house beautifully too! We have no hesitation in recommending and will ask Sophie to help us again in future with our crew. Thank you guys! 😊"

"It was a total pleasure having Heidi house and pet sit for us. She is very reliable, honest, a great communicator and our dog Max loves her! Heidi stayed in our house and minded our dog for 4 x weeks. We never worried for a moment that our house and dog were not being well cared for. "If you need someone to house sit or care for your little angels then you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not getting Alex!
My partner and I had previously had some less than positive experiences when finding someone to care for our two Dachshunds but Alex was absolutely fantastic. From the first message he was an outstanding communicator, going above and beyond to provide the highest quality service at a very affordable price. He showed tremendous care and love for our puppies, tailoring his schedule around their needs and provided us with regular updates to put our minds at ease. He was exceptionally flexible to cater for the times we needed him to arrive and depart and left our house in perfect condition.
Alex is an authentic, caring and diligent person who you will love having care for your pets. We certainly will be using him as our regular sitter moving forward!
