"Diana and her husband Sebastian were absolutely amazing pet sitters for our 2 little cats. They honestly looked after them soo well, I felt so comforted that they were in the best hands. They were so warm and loving to our cats and it absolutely showed when we came home, they were really shown so much love the whole time we were gone, they even got some new toys for them. We got great updates from them about the cats antics throughout the week. The house looked great when we got home and we absolutely will be using Diana and Sebastian as our pet sitters again in the future. 😊 "

"Jay Dee was absolutely fantastic! Our dog is quite timid and wary of strangers, but she took to Jay Dee straight away (she didn't even need to bribe her with cheese!). It made leaving for our holiday so much easier knowing that our dog would be happy being left with Jay Dee. We had regular updates via text - but even before the sitting started we had regular communication with Jay Dee. She was responsive and clear in her communication, very reliable, and left the house super clean when the sit ended. The main thing was, the care and compassion she showed our staffy - that is always the biggest concern about going on holidays, isn't it? Well, with Jay Dee - we had no worries at all. Our dog took to Jay Dee right away, and was a bit depressed after she had left! Jay Dee followed any/all instructions regarding feeding, walking etc - we would consider ourselves lucky to be able to have Jay Dee sit for us again - in fact, we might just arrange our holidays around her availability - she was THAT good! Highly recommend!"

"Jason has looked after our Sphynx cat through house sitting our apartment twice now, and has been exceptional on both occasions. He is caring, good at communicating, and an all-round reliable pet sitter. Our cat was well looked after and relaxed when we returned from our 1-2 week trips. We highly recommend him. "

"We have 3 cats, and they all have extremely different needs and totally different personalities. We had previously had the same pet sitter for over 10 years and this was our first experience of using Pawshake. We couldn't be happier with Mira. She came to our home prior to the stay to go over the many requirements we had for each cat and just to meet us in general, as I was extremely apprehensive about a new pet sitter that our cats did not know. One of my cats has extreme anxiety when new people come into our home and she was very accommodating to his needs. I was also worried about them being inside cats and the possibility of them getting out. Mira completely understood this was a major priority for us and was very conscious of ensuring they were kept safe. Mira sent us photos and updates every day, and after a couple of days of being away my apprehension disappeared and I knew we had made the right choice. They were clearly relaxed and happy. My youngest cat in particular took a real shine to Mira and was besotted with her. I cannot recommend Mira more highly, she absolutely deserves the 5 stars we have given her. She clearly has an affinity with cats. We will definitely have her come again. Thanks Mira for being so patient, caring and accommodating to 3 very different cats, all with varying needs. "

"Sam was a brilliant dog/house sitter and our dogs loved her. Our two young dogs are a challenge at the best of times but Sam took in her stride everything they threw her way, including steak stealing, escaping from Alcatraz and sneaky pees. The house was spotless when we returned and I am not sure the dogs missed us at all. Her regular photo updates were priceless and gave us the reassurance we needed that everyone was OK. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough and I am already trying to secure her services for Christmas."

"We were so anxious leaving our senior cat for a few weeks, but we couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter! Our cat was looking so happy and healthy in all the updates, Grace went above and beyond in her care and really gave her so much love while we were away! Grace was excellent at communicating! "Lily was a great choice. My dog (Zoe) is aged and has developed her own idiosyncratic behaviours. Lily listened to Zoe's needs and responded by providing the care required. Lily stayed at my house and treated it perfectly. I came home to a clean house, a well cared for and happy dog and even a welcome home gift. I will be using Lily again and highly recommend her. "
