"We felt absolutely comfortable leaving our two cats in Joe's hands (apart from missing them while we were gone!). Joe is reliable, punctual, conscientious and a warm and lovely person, and he has genuine animal expertise and good instincts. Regarding the home, I consider myself a bit obsessive when it comes to neatness and cleanliness: Joe left our flat spotless. The cats seemed stress-free and happy when we arrived home - Joe kept in touch regularly with photos of the relaxed felines in his company. We warmly recommend Joe for pet-sitting and house-minding."

"Diana and her husband Sebastian were absolutely amazing pet sitters for our 2 little cats. They honestly looked after them soo well, I felt so comforted that they were in the best hands. They were so warm and loving to our cats and it absolutely showed when we came home, they were really shown so much love the whole time we were gone, they even got some new toys for them. We got great updates from them about the cats antics throughout the week. The house looked great when we got home and we absolutely will be using Diana and Sebastian as our pet sitters again in the future. 😊

"Our family was delighted to meet Marcela to look after our large breed dog and 18yr old cat. Our dog was fond of her as soon as they met.
Marcela firstly arrived at our house for a meet and greet and met us again just before we were leaving for our trip. She organised a park play for our dog to understand his outdoor routine and came back to our house to go over both pets needs for when we were away.
Her communication was daily with photos and videos.
Anything I had missed to explain she covered immediately.
Our family felt an instant trust with Marcela and this was proven by her reliability and her amazing care she took of our pets and house. She gave more than we expected.
Marcela gave us peace of mind to travel far from home and we are so grateful for meeting her.
I highly recommend her services and can not praise her enough.
I will definitely be contacting her for future jobs."

"I cannot recommend Jade enough, she's beyond lovely. I came home to 3 fur babies who were very happy and settled, I don't think they even missed me much 😂 Jade also took great care of my home. Her communication while I was away was great and I got plenty of fur baby updates/photos. Will definitely have Jade looking after my home and animals again!!"

"We're so lucky to have found Sabrine to look after our dachshund Snags last minute! Sabrine is friendly, mature, and a great communicator who took fantastic care of our boy, and house, and garden! She sent photos and videos the whole trip, with lots of playtime, walks, and snoozing, and left the place super clean and tidy. We would absolutely recommend Sabrine and she'll be the first person we ask next time Snags needs a sitter!"

"We have 3 cats, and they all have extremely different needs and totally different personalities. We had previously had the same pet sitter for over 10 years and this was our first experience of using Pawshake.
We couldn't be happier with Mira. She came to our home prior to the stay to go over the many requirements we had for each cat and just to meet us in general, as I was extremely apprehensive about a new pet sitter that our cats did not know.
One of my cats has extreme anxiety when new people come into our home and she was very accommodating to his needs. I was also worried about them being inside cats and the possibility of them getting out. Mira completely understood this was a major priority for us and was very conscious of ensuring they were kept safe.
Mira sent us photos and updates every day, and after a couple of days of being away my apprehension disappeared and I knew we had made the right choice. They were clearly relaxed and happy. My youngest cat in particular took a real shine to Mira and was besotted with her.
I cannot recommend Mira more highly, she absolutely deserves the 5 stars we have given her. She clearly has an affinity with cats. We will definitely have her come again.

"I can't recommend Chiao Lun ( Alice) highly enough! They took amazing care of my pets Oreo and Inky while I was away, and I felt completely at ease knowing my furry family member was in such loving hands.
From the beginning, Alice was professional, responsive, and kind. They made sure to follow all care instructions, sent regular updates and photos, and clearly treated my pet like one of their own. When I returned, everything was spotless, and my pet was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for.

"Sam was a brilliant dog/house sitter and our dogs loved her. Our two young dogs are a challenge at the best of times but Sam took in her stride everything they threw her way, including steak stealing, escaping from Alcatraz and sneaky pees.
The house was spotless when we returned and I am not sure the dogs missed us at all. Her regular photo updates were priceless and gave us the reassurance we needed that everyone was OK.
I cannot recommend Sam highly enough and I am already trying to secure her services for Christmas."
