"I had Jessica stay at my home to care for my elderly cat, Marty, who has ongoing medical needs, for 10 nights while I was away. What initially drew me to her was her profile, which mentioned her experience with senior pets requiring special care—and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts, as she absolutely lived up to that impression.
From the outset, Jessica showed genuine enthusiasm and care. She was eager to come and meet both Marty and me as soon as I made contact, which immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful questions to fully understand Marty’s routine, behaviours, and medical requirements.
Jessica provided me with daily updates, with detailed notes on Marty’s habits, moods, and any changes she noticed. On top of that, she handled a fair bit of cleanup due to Marty’s condition, which I was incredibly grateful for—and I returned to a spotless home.
Jessica was kind, responsible, and truly attentive throughout the entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter, especially for animals needing a little extra care. 10 out of 10 from me!"

"We had such a great experience with our pet sitter while we were away. She took wonderful care of Frankie and Homie and gave us peace of mind knowing they were both happy and well looked after. "We are so pleased to have found Barbara to care for our two dogs and cat over the Easter long weekend, we enjoyed our time away without any worries knowing she was taking wonderful care of them. "Amelia was fantastic from initial communication and throughout our 5 night booking for housesitting. She took wonderful care of our cat Brian, including managing his specific dietary requirements and medication. We received regular updates including photos, which gave us peace of mind while away. "Jorge took care of my pets for an entire weekend. He stayed at our home and made sure that all of our 5 pets (cats and dogs) were fed and loved. Our dogs are very anxious and do not like meeting new people. Jorge was very patient with them. He sent us regular updates and left the house in a better state than it was in. I will definitely book him again. "

"Hailey was awesome. She came to meet our 2 dogs before hand and run through their routines.
They immediately took to Hailey and we knew that they would be well cared for. Being different size dogs they can be challenging to walk together but think they were probably better behaved for her than us.
Hailey kept us updated with photos whilst we were away which is much appreciated as we all missed them.
I would definitely recommend Hailey for anyone looking for a pet sitter. We will definitely book her again.

"Ariel looked after my rescue staffy, Winter, for an entire month! I'd never been away from her for more than 10 days so was a super nervous mum, especially given she's a rescue and has separation anxiety.
Because of this, I hired Ariel for many walks, house visits and an overnight trial in the lead-up to my holiday so they could get well-acquainted and build trust. Ariel was so patient, understanding and caring throughout the entire process.
Even though Winter would refuse to walk with her, Ariel persevered with positive reinforcement and really showed how much she cared for Winter's well-being. This was also evident throughout the month she housesat and looked after Winter. She managed Winter's medication and allergies with the utmost care and knowing my baby was in good hands, really allowed me to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I got constant updates throughout and the house was so well kept.
I'd highly recommend Ariel to any pet parent who wants someone to truly care about their pet and do whatever it takes to show them the love and patience they need. She's truly a gem and I'm so glad I found a sitter I can trust and rely on! "

She kept us up to date throughout our trip with regular WhatsApp pics and messages, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
