Hi, my name is Natalie and I live on the Mornington peninsula with my husband, Jacob and our beautifully natured German Shepherd, Jethro.
I work in a school office which affords me time off over the school holidays, which I love spending with family and friends and hopefully looking after your furry loved ones. 
We have a fully enclosed medium sized backyard that is mainly grassed with a large covered alfresco area. Jethro usually sleeps inside, but we also have a kennel if your pet prefers the outdoors.
We live around the corner from a great park where we often let Jethro run off leash and only a short drive to beaches. 
Both my husband Jacob and I will share the responsibility of caring for your pet so there will always be someone around if your dog is staying with us. However, we're also happy to visit your home to stay or just check in on your pets to feed them and/or walk them while you're away.

My name is Tia, I'm 18 and currently living by myself. My living situation does not allow me to have pets so I'm hoping I can provide other peoples pets some love!! I have grown up around cats, and absolutely adore them. I spent about 7 years around horses pre-riding injury so am open to looking after the gentle giants! I love all animals (except spiders) and would love to keep some pets company while their families are doing their own thing! Having experience with animals both big and small I have a very clear understanding of the non-verbal cues our furry friends show us to say they are happy, don't feel comfortable or are scared. Unfortunately due to past instances I don't feel comfortable looking after Large breed untrained dogs, however am open to it if the dog is well trained and calm. I would love to hear from you and your pets!

Let me give you a quick summary of how I got here. The idea of house sitting was first mentioned to me whilst backpacking the east coast of Australia, as a way to reduce travel costs. However, my first house sit was after my travels, back in Melbourne ( December 2019 ). It was a fantastic experience , a wonderful home with georgous pets which I was lucky enough to do again. Then the pandemic hit and house sitting was not an option for the foreseable future.
My house sitting journey picked up again in 2021, where I began to housesit for friends and neighbours. I love to travel and explore, it is a huge passion of mine. The pandemic was a tough time and i wanted to help those around me, to travel and regain their sense of joy and wonder. Throughout 2021 I secured regular house sits throughout the Melbourne region. I have become well known in my area to be a reliable and professional house sitter. Word of mouth has become a new way of gaining more house sitting opporunities. I have spent the majority of 2022, house sitting for friends, neighbours and those that have discovered my services.&nbsp;
I'm guessing you would like to know why I do this? To put it simply , I really enjoy it! House sitting compliments my personality and strengthens my values. I enjoy exploring and engaging in different lifestyles. From city to beach to the bush, I want to experience it all! I'm patient and gentle with pets and I am able to look after your pets as if they were my own while you are away. I will give care to each pet that is best suited to their individual needs. I am firm yet gentle with animals, using play and always positive reinforcement training to make sure they always feel safe.I love taking dogs on walks and making sure they get to go out and get their daily exercise. I have had plenty of experience with long haired dogs therefore I can provide basic grooming.I have worked at kennels previously, therefore I am very confident with taking care of your furbabies. I am more than happy to give any required medication to your pets.For house visits, I'm happy to take in mail, put out the bins and water plants for no extra charge.IMPORTANT: Multiple visits in a day for Daycare will have an extra charge of $10 per extra visit.My location is Patterson Lakes and I am willing to travel within a 15km radius from Patterson Lakes.All new customers need to go a meet and greet. Please give me your full address on the morning of the day before 8am and allow for at least 20 minutes for time so that your pet and I can get to know each other. I’m Jinsill. I'm 27 and working as a graphic designer. I currently raise a lovely poodle in Korea and am now living in Australia, missing my dog dearly. It's the reason why I am looking for a pet-sitting job, and I'm really looking forward to it! I took care of my dog for 8 years before coming to Australia. I know how to administer medication to dogs, bath them, and communicate without causing stress.
While my English isn't extremely fluent, communication has never been a problem. I love walking, running, and being in nature. I have a deep affection for the touch, scent, and language of dogs. I'm someone who adores dogs and would like to apply for the pet sitter position.
I live in Patterson lakes(Perfect area for dog walking) and I am generally available weekdays and weekend both. Because I work three hours in a day from home.

Hello! My name is Georgina  I'm 27 and I've just moved to Melbourne from London with my boyfriend Jamie. I've been pet sitting in London for 4+ years through the app Rover, but I've looked after animals for family and friends my whole life.
I'm currently job searching, so I'm available all hours of the day. I've gained so much knowledge and pet experience through sitting and feel very comfortable looking after animals that may have more complex needs such as administrating medication or having shorter walks. I also understand that animals don't always get on with eachother, and have had to do late night walks previously to avoid bumping into other pets.
I love being able to explore by walking, and I'll walk for as long or short as your pet requires. There's nothing better than sticking on a podcast or audio book and going for a stroll.&nbsp;
Since moving to Australia in December, I'm really enjoying house sitting and discovering different areas of the country that I wouldn't normally visit. We are Matt and Vicky along with our 2 beautiful kids Riley (age 3) and Ava (age 1). We are all animal lovers having owned cats and dogs our whole lives.

Matt grew up on a dairy farm in regional New Zealand and worked in the farming industry for over 25 years, mainly with dairy and beef cows, and recently with chickens.&nbsp;

I (Vicky) grew up in the UK but have lived in NZ for the past 10 years. Growing up i had a St Bernard and a Labrador.  We have a Border Collie called Vinnie who is going to stay in New Zealand on a dairy farm with the grandparents while we go on an adventure.

For the past 3 years we have lived on a chicken farm with our two kids and so we have all been around various animals every day.&nbsp;

We moved over to Australia in August and have been house sitting all over your beautiful country with our kids making some great memories before settling down.

Although our kids, Riley and Ava are young, we are raising them to be tidy and respectful of other peoples property and so you have no need to worry about your trusted possessions! Riley is super helpful and loves being outdoors walking our dog or visiting the cows. We are sure he will love walking your beloved pet too (of course with us :-p)

We won't be working and so will always be around to take care of your home, pets and plants and ensure everything is maintained just how you would like whilst you have a well deserved break.
