"Risa was fantastic from the start of the process. She was happy to meet our 2 year old spoodle Jasper and I ahead of time to introduce herself and show us her house.
She communicated very well and responded within minutes for any queries we had, and to confirm any details ahead of our booking.
We were nervous dropping Jasper off as this was our first experience on Pawshake, but Risa made us feel comfortable that Jasper would be in capable, caring hands.
We received updates and photos throughout our booking, and were excited to see the activities that our pup was up to while we were away.
10/10 experience and would recommend Risa to anyone who is looking for a home-stay dog sitter."

"Thanks Cecilia for taking great care of our puppy Cody - it is our first time to leave our puppy for a short trip and Cecilia always responded fast and provided updates of Cody. Cecilia is very easy to communicate with and she follows the care notes that we give her and make sure our Cody has the good care. She also organized meet and greet for Cody to meet herself and other dogs who will stay together during those dates. It was great for owners too as we know in advance who will stay with Cody and it makes Cody to settle easier. We definitely recommend Cecilia. "

"I am so grateful that I found Alice and Eddie's profile on pawshake.
My dog had a medical emergency right before my holiday and I was torn about whether I should even go or not. Alice and Eddie were so kind and put my mind at rest. They looked after my puppies as if they were their own and the detailed communication updates were outstanding! They were more than happy to administer medication and the love and care they provided for my dogs was honestly amazing. "Anne-Maree and Adriaan took wonderful care of our dog Pika (6 month old Swedish Vallhund). It was the first time leaving her and Anne-Maree put our minds at ease from the first point of communication. After visiting the house we could see why people call it a dog retreat - there is so much space for the dogs and they really are treated like family. We were sent updates & photos throughout the evening and Pika was so tired the next day that we know she had the best time. The residential dog Tucker is very calm and welcoming of other dogs and it’s nice to know your pet will have a companion on-site too. Thank you for your care, we will definitely use your services again and cannot recommend you enough!!"

"We have used Lynn to look after our cavoodle Teddy on 2 separate occasions, both day care and an overnight stay.
Lynn is very welcoming and was happy to arrange a meet up before Teddys first stay so he was familiar with both Lynn, her family and her home.
Lynn was very friendly and attentive to Teddys needs taking him for a walk at a nearby reserve and having him accompany her on the school run so he was not left alone in an unfamiliar place.
Lynn was great with communication and kept us up to date with how Teddy was settling in, sending photos of his walk.
Lynn has plenty of space outside for exploring and has a nearby reserve for walks.
We are very happy with the care Lynn has shown and will look forward to using her again in the future."

"Elise and her family were the best dog sitters i could ever have asked for. They gave both my Maltese a holiday while i was away on holiday. "Diana look after our dog Allie, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she received.
