"Risa was fantastic from the start of the process. She was happy to meet our 2 year old spoodle Jasper and I ahead of time to introduce herself and show us her house.
She communicated very well and responded within minutes for any queries we had, and to confirm any details ahead of our booking.
We were nervous dropping Jasper off as this was our first experience on Pawshake, but Risa made us feel comfortable that Jasper would be in capable, caring hands.
We received updates and photos throughout our booking, and were excited to see the activities that our pup was up to while we were away.
10/10 experience and would recommend Risa to anyone who is looking for a home-stay dog sitter."

"Anne-Maree and Adriaan took wonderful care of our dog Pika (6 month old Swedish Vallhund). It was the first time leaving her and Anne-Maree put our minds at ease from the first point of communication. After visiting the house we could see why people call it a dog retreat - there is so much space for the dogs and they really are treated like family. We were sent updates & photos throughout the evening and Pika was so tired the next day that we know she had the best time. The residential dog Tucker is very calm and welcoming of other dogs and it’s nice to know your pet will have a companion on-site too. Thank you for your care, we will definitely use your services again and cannot recommend you enough!!"

"I couldn’t have been happier with Graham’s dog boarding service. From the moment I contacted him, I knew that Graham was a professional who cares deeply about the well-being of his furry clients.
One thing that really stood out to me was Graham’s excellent communication. Before the boarding, he took the time to ask about my dog’s routine, likes and dislikes, which really put my mind at ease. During my holiday, Graham sent me daily updates and photos, which I greatly appreciated. It was clear that my dog was having a blast and being well-cared for.
When I picked up my dog, he was happy and had even learned a few new tricks! It’s obvious that Graham is a real “dog person” who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a great time. I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful care our dog received and will definitely be using his services again in the future. Highly recommend!

Their home environment is perfect for Lucien because he is an energetic dog - lots of outdoor space around the house, lots of love, a resident dog for companion and daily walks. They communicate to us every 2 days with photos and video and a brief report which is ideal for us.

"Thanks Cecilia for taking great care of our puppy Cody - it is our first time to leave our puppy for a short trip and Cecilia always responded fast and provided updates of Cody. Cecilia is very easy to communicate with and she follows the care notes that we give her and make sure our Cody has the good care. She also organized meet and greet for Cody to meet herself and other dogs who will stay together during those dates. "I highly recommend Sarah as your pet minder. My dogs have always boarded at her house and found her to be a very reliable, trustworthy, passionate, the most caring and loving minder who showers my dogs with unconditional love and care whilst I am away. She’s a great communicator, constantly providing updates and photos of my dogs, which always reassured my mind that they are in great hands. Sarah is also very attentive to detail in terms of taking on instructions and especially about administering medication to my aging dog and always takes the extra mile to give comfort and reassurance to my dogs that they are loved and cared for as she treats your dogs as if it’s her own.
