"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! I'll definitely be checking their available dates for future travels where we need a reliable and easy-to-work-with pet-sitter!"

"Jessica and her husband are very fantastic pet sitters. Our dogs initially didn’t get along with other dogs. However, after we left them with Jessica and her husband, they managed to get along with other dogs and are now extremely friendly! Super thankful for what they have done with the dogs. Additionally, they always sent daily updates and photos of the dogs during our holiday ensuring that they were in good hands and were enjoying their stay. They are very trustworthy and caring towards the dogs and we would highly recommend their services. "We loved the open communication and updates that were given throughout the stay. Kartika treated Milo like her own dog, her care towards him was certainly valued!
We had Milo stay for 3 nights with Kartika. Throughout the stay, we were constantly getting updates on how Milo was doing. Kartika even took Milo was a super long walk along with her other dog.

"Joyce was an amazing sitter. Our little puppy was only 4 months old, not fully toilet trained yet, but Joyce was very patient and understanding. She played with our puppy, fed her, and took many photos and videos throughout the day to update us! We can feel she really cared for our puppy. Our puppy got along well with Joyce’s dog Oscar too! We were very pleased with Joyce’s service and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter."

"Madeline, Marius and Molly welcomed me and my doggo into their home with a big smile and a warm welcome. I knew straight away that Apollo would be taken care of and treated as if he was their own, they obviously had a great understanding of working breed dogs and how to keep them entertained. He swam in the pool, went to Manly for a walk and made great friends with Molly. 2 working breed dogs could be a huge success or a big fail. This was definitely a roaring success and the 3M's will be my number 1 choice for future bookings. Thank you for giving Apollo a fun day while I travelled, he is looking forward to the next time 😀. "I am pleased with Jason and Michelle’s care for our beloved boy, Rocky. They provided regular updates every night, which made us feel reassured about Rocky’s well-being. "Jenny was very professional and lovely. It was easy to communicate with Jenny. She kept us updated us on our little one every couple of hours and gave us this big piece of mind and reassurance. Our baby(dog) was looked after very well. He was taken on a regular walks and socialized with other pets. i highly recommend Jenny and her service and would use her services again in future. "Thank you for amazing service. I was very impressed with communication with Winnie and went to her place before deciding to overnight boarding my little corgi with her, her place is amazing, they are really care and asked about what I wanted during staying. Her place is big enough for furry to play and chill out and I didn’t asked her walk my corgi every day but they told me we will take him out and I’m impressed.
I was very relaxed on my trips and definitely recommend her to anyone who wants go away without any worry as she look after my corgi like her own.
