"Grateful to have Matthew & Maddi take care of my pug Ziggy, I could not fault the service offered, the communication was great and swift responses and Matthew had flexibility around our arrangement. The conditions of Ziggy's accommodation were great, he was included as part of Matthew & Maddi's family for his time there and not just kept in a "run or the yard". I was kept updated via text messages and photos of Ziggy daily. When I collected Ziggy he was happy and bright. I will definitely be requesting Matt & Maddi's service for my future trips away. "Ruth is an amazing pet sitter.
Ruth cared for my cat Sam for almost 3 months, before he moved to WA.
She cared for him, played with him, sent regular photos and let us know when there were any changes to his eating habits.
Ruth took such great care for Sam and gave he more attention then I ever do as he is a very demanding cat.
I highly recommend Ruth as a Pet Sitter, and wouldn't hesitate to leave Sam with her for future stays.

"What an amazing experience. My little Minnie was indeed treated like a princess by Gloria and her family. So much so that we can now plan an extended family holiday in the future without worrying over where to leave Minnie and knowing she will be well cared for. Gloria communicated every day and let us know how Minnie was settling and catered for her separation anxiety (which thankfully settled after a few days) by giving her extra love and attention.
