"Olga and Ro were the BEST pet sitters I've experienced! Olga kept me updated with lots of photos that reassured me that my dogs were definately having their best times, and I was able to enjoy my holidays 100%. They looked after my dogs as if they were their own🥹 it even made me a bit jealous! Any concerns raised were immediately addressed and reassured too. "Clyde our much-loved Westie was looked after by Lee and Tom Bates for the period Wed Sep 2 - Sat Oct 10 (38 nights) whilst we were overseas on a cruise. During this time, he was well cared for, loved and treated as part of the family. Along the way, we were supplied with many updates and happy snaps. Unfortunately for Clyde at the later part of his stay, he had an unexpected medical episode that required urgent Veterinary services and consequent surgery. All Clyde’s personal details i.e. vet, vaccinations etc. were supplied to his Carers prior to leaving.
At the time of the incident our Carers handled all matters in an extremely professional manner, with the utmost care and love to assist with Clyde’s immediate circumstances and ongoing wellbeing. We were stuck in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean at the time unable to assist which as could be imagined was extremely distressing. We received constant updates on his condition along with many follow-up photos. They also arranged for our Vet to contact us directly with a complete update of Clyde’s condition and full details pertaining to his surgery. This was very reassuring and greatly appreciated. In short, all was handled as we would have done ourselves had we been there at the time. Thanks to Lee and Tom, Clyde is well and truly on the road to recovery and back to his cheeky self. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

"Alina is amazing! Could not recommend her anymore! My scared but sassy Ragdoll cat who usually is terrified of people absolutely loves Alina and warmed to her straight away. "Emily was a FANTASTIC dog sitter. She looked after our girl Luna with such great care, taking her on walks and making sure she felt at home. Emily kept in contact with us everyday, sending us photos and updates of how Luna was doing. Her dog Tums was also a great host, taking Luna under his wing and sharing his place with her. "Her house is very dog friendly with lots of space for the dog to feel comfortable. She provided great care for my dog as if he were her own, she took the dog for walks and park play every day, she attended to all my needs including heating up food for the dog's company and cleaning the dog's lunch boxes. She kept my dog up to date by sending me photos and videos when during every feeding, playtime. She also took extra time to take lots of professional photos of my dog when he was happy. My dog had a great 3 days at her house, highly recommend and will book her care again."
