"Katherine and her family took very good care of both Pablo and Chico, as if they were their own! She sent regular updates and pictures for their overnight stay which really put me at ease. "Adrian and partner took really good care of Yoshi and treated him like their own pet. He sent constant updates with pics and videos. Even taking him out to parks and to the beach which I wasn't expecting and Yoshi had such a great time with them. When I picked Yoshi up he was also bathed like he just came from the groomer.
They treated him really well, I have 100% trust in them and will let them take care of Yoshi again in the future. Thanks Adrian and partner!"

"Rebecca was fantastic with our dog! She’s incredibly warm and great at what she does. When we came by for a meet and greet, she took the time to observe our dog to understand his nature. She was thoughtful about the mix of dogs that would be at her place and our dog had the best time with her and the other dogs she was caring for. We received daily photos of walks and playtime, and our dog felt comfortable with her, happy to sleep at her feet. We are glad we found Rebecca and no doubt will be seeking her out the next time we go away. Glad to have found someone we can fully trust! Thanks Rebecca!"

"It is clear that Shannon (and - bonus! - her housemates) adores animals.
They were sensitive to my dog's needs. She isn't used to be outside her usual environment so were patient with her.
They listened carefully to my instructions about her habits, and followed them.
They kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout their stay.
They are kind and welcoming people and I felt comfortable in their home. Shannon invited me to drop in again mid-stay (I was still in Melbourne) to check on my dog and reassure her that I'd keep coming back. I appreciated that and it made for a more comfortable stay for my dog - I'm planning on leaving her for a longer stretch next time.
I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with Shannon again and consider her a trustworthy, reliable and caring pet sitter."

"May and Ye made our dogs Aria and Rupert feel welcome at their home. They were both very friendly. They made sure Aria and Rupert settled in their home and their dog also. They sent me an update how the dogs were going and some photos. The photos showed they were settled and enjoyed themselves. The backyard was big that the dogs loved running around and playing. I would recommend May and Ye because they are easy to communicate and helped our dogs settled in because it was their first time to be in a dog sitter’s home and they enjoyed it. Not only are they good dog sitter they are also price affordable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

"Jose and Luisa are best pet sitters in Melbourne. I left my dog in their care for more than a month while I was overseas. They are very professional, they looked after my dog really well. Well aware of dog health condition and how to handle at home. I am so impressed with their care, when I see my dog. "We have gone with Jimmy multiple times since the beginning, and he has been caring and reliable. He treats my little mini dachshund, Tux, like family, allowing him to cuddle on the couch and in his bed. Jimmy’s dogs and cat seem good with Tux, and this is important because Tux can get pretty cautious with other dogs. Jimmy slowly introduces his pets to Tux to ensure it makes him feel comfortable. Have gone with Jimmy for both doggy day care and short boarding. Would recommend. "

"Nick looked after Flash for doggy day care at his place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was great to see Flash having such a good time. Flash absolutely loves Nick and was comfortable with him from the start. Nick was patient, caring, and made sure Flash was well looked after. I picked up a happy and tired dog at the end of the day, which is always a good sign! I would definitely trust Nick with Flash again and highly recommend him to other pet owners."

"Amazing sitting service!! Absolutely recommend. This was our first time using any dog sitting service outside of a kennel, so we were a little nervous.. but what a difference! Our fur babies were loved and cared for like it was their home.
We have a medium sized Groodle and a XL huskyXmalimute who needed babysitting for 10 nights.. They were both welcomed inside Rita’s home to enjoy the air conditioning and some human company, lazying around in whichever room they felt like.
We received many pictures of Rita and her Partner Tom taking our doggos on adventures in the great outdoors, which was very reassuring while we were away, they always had big doggie smiles on there faces.. and Tom and Rita looked pretty happy too!
Some of the photos of our dogs included them laying on their backs, limbs spread every which way in the middle of the floor (as in the way as possible of course) making them selves at home.. looking as though they felt safe and happy.
I can’t express enough how thankful we are to have found a safe home we can leave our fur babies the next time we fly anywhere.
