"We were lucky to have booked Bernedette to look after Milla & Mikey while we are on overseas tour for 3 weeks. We have no word to express the nice experience with her.
She is an excellent pet sitter who can make your pets feel that they are not left behind while you are away.
Bernadette's whole family are pet lovers and we were very impressed by seing the photos of how Milla & Mikey were being treated as their family & how they are having very good time surrounded by Bernadatte's kids.
Bernadette kept us updated with photos of their day to day routine and even their eating pattern for re assuarance as they were in diet program.
Milla & Mikey had been brushed regularly and taken to dog parks which were above our expectations.
When we were back Mikey & Milla were healthy, relaxed and very clean, never looked like they missed us because of Bernedette's kindness and love.
Thank you for your service which gave us peace of mind to have our overseas holiday

"Cheryl has given both myself and my young dog both an amazing experience, from the moment we had a meet and greet, she was very friendly, knowledgeable & could just tell she had a very caring way about her. My dog had such a wonderful time and was taken well care of, and was given plenty of walks and exercise and socialisation during her stay with her.
She took care of my girl like it was her own, which was fantastic to see/hear ! :)
I was updated regularly with photos and videos, so i was always given the reassurance that my dog was having such an incredible holiday with her.
Cheryl is a very trustworthy person who will always go above and beyond to make sure your dog is well looked after and I have nothing but positive things to say about this lady, and I am looking forward to leaving my dog with her in the future for future holidays.

"Thank you Antoneely and Blair for taking such wonderful care of our two kelpies over two nights!! Our doggos enjoyed two walks every day (including a car trip to the park) and were treated like they were in their own home including cuddles on the couch in front of the fire. Antoneely and Blair’s communication was always excellent and extremely prompt. They sent us lots of photos of the dogs during their stay and even some beautiful professional photos as Blair is a photographer. "My family were going away overseas for a holiday and we had booked at the pet hotel for Zara. But somehow at the back of my mind, i was a bit apprehensive about how much interaction she was going to get there. Luckily somehow Pawshake popped up on my screen! I never knew places like this existed. I had seen couple of other dog sitters before I met Elise. The minute Zara and I met her, I knew she was the one. Zara liked her and she was really affectionate with Zara too.
It was with peace of mind that we went away. Elise sent me photos of Zara quite regularly and to see that she enjoyed dogs company, assured me that I had made the right decision choosing Elise & Co. Baxter was friendly and I know for sure that Zara came back home learning that she can sleep alone in the laundry now! Thank you Elise.
