We are really concerned as Fredzel can be very anxious in new environment but Summer gave Fredzel a lot of attention and took him out for a lot of activities. We can see Fredzel had a very pleasant staycation. Regular updates are provided and Summer has been on point with all Fredzel’s treatment. "Eleanor cared so beautifully for our delicate toy poodle over an extended break giving her so much more time and love than we could have possibly hoped for. We received photos and updates regularly despite it being a public holiday period . Eleanor also went a long way out of her way to make sure that our pick up and delivery was suitable , she went well above and beyond in organising the stay , preparing for and providing all that we requested for our dogs stay .
