"Lulu and her family recently looked after our senior dog for a week. He was given the best care in that time. Lulu regularly sent us photos of our boy who had an amazing time with the other dogs there. When we picked him up he was calm and happy. Lulu alleviated my anxiety about leaving our dog with a stranger following a bad experience with a different dog minding service years prior. "Mia is true dog lover and responsible dog sitter! I’m glad I find Mia. My dog Nora is 16 years old and blind, it’s hard to find someone patient and have love in her heart to look after dog in their golden years. "Our dog stayed with Hazel for 10 nights. It can be a bit scary to trust someone new with your precious pet, but Hazel took fantastic care of him, and kept us updated with prompt communication, pictures and videos. "Michele was excellent when our dog Cookie stayed. She was very considerate for his stay and his socializing with others and as well as her dogs because Cookie is a little shy dog. She gave good care of him and love while he was there. She even brought him to the pet shop. The most thing I enjoyed about Michele’s dog boarding was when she sent me Cookie’s photos. He looked happy and enjoyed there. I would let Cookie to stay with Michele again definitely."

"We asked Tanya our Healer mix dog, Hugo for three weeks for the first time. Hugo is a difficult dog - difficult to trust people and dogs, full of anxiety, and yet, Tanya took those into consideration and entered into Hugo's world very quickly and gained his trust. It was mind blowing to see him eating normally (he won't eat if he is anxious), following her commands and played together. Tanya also kept us updated with video clips and text messages so we were able to focus on our trip. Thank you, Tanya for looking after Hugo so well. "

"Jessica and her husband are very fantastic pet sitters. Our dogs initially didn’t get along with other dogs. However, after we left them with Jessica and her husband, they managed to get along with other dogs and are now extremely friendly! Super thankful for what they have done with the dogs. Additionally, they always sent daily updates and photos of the dogs during our holiday ensuring that they were in good hands and were enjoying their stay. They are very trustworthy and caring towards the dogs and we would highly recommend their services. Looking forward to future holidays knowing that our dogs enjoyed the stay and are in very capable hands."

"Winnie was a fantastic pet sitter! From the beginning, communication was smooth and reassuring. While we were away, she took great care of our dog — feeding her on schedule, keeping everything clean, and making sure she felt comfortable and loved. "Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "
