"Emma and Ren looked after my dog, Loki, while I was away for a week. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that they provided.
From the moment I contacted them through Pawshake, Emma and Ren were extremely professional and responsive. They set up a meet-and-greet with Loki beforehand to ensure that he would be comfortable with them, which put my mind at ease.
During the week, they sent me daily updates and photos, which made me feel connected, even though I was away. I could tell that they were giving him plenty of love and attention, as he seemed happy and relaxed in all the pictures.
When I picked up Loki, he was in great spirits and seemed to have enjoyed his time. They had even taken him on walks and to the park, which he loves. I could tell that they treated him like their own pet and that he was well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Emma and Ren to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring petsitter. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that Loki was happy and comfortable, and if I need to go away again, I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Emma and Ren, for taking such great care of Loki!"

"Merryn was amazing from the first contact and several phone conversations we had.
Unfortunately one of my dogs 🐕 was diagnosed with being totally blind which happened within a few weeks and after I had booked my dogs in with her
I phoned her to ask how she felt about minding a blind dog and her response was amazing
Immediately she replied that she didn’t mind and said she had looked after blind dogs,sick dogs giving them medication etc. in the past.
Merryn did an amazing job looking after them and gave me lots of reports how they were doing
She said she would be happy to mind them anytime
I would recommend Merryn full heartitly.
This is the first time I have ever left my dogs with a total stranger
I will be asking Merryn to look after them in the future.

"Jess looked after Jack, small poodle very well while I was away. Jess sent me photos daily basis and I was able to reach out to her anytime. Jess is so patient! My dog cried for the first couple of nights and Jess even shared her bed with Jack. She doesn't take many booking at the same time and she'd helped with trial by meeting with her dogs. Jess's place is perfect for a small city dog!

"I would have no hesitation in recommending Blaire, to dog sit, my puppy was very well looked after, and happy at pick up, I received lots of communication when I was away including pictures (all of which were unrequested) Blaire just took the time to keep me updated, she is clearly a dog/ animal lover and I would use her services again without hesitation, I was very happy with the service."

"Claudia and her partner took wonderful care of my rambunctious whippet Machi for a whole week. They live right next to a small park and is within walking distance to a big park. They were very kind and gentle with my dog and my dog obviously love them. They even took him for a car trip to parks and took him for picnics. I got regular updates while on my holiday and saw he was having a good time with his new family. "

"Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! "This was our second time to leave our 20 month old cavoodle, Harley, with Reen and Fernando. This time we left our pup for 17 nights. We felt so comfortable throughout as Reen was so communicative (we never had to ask for an update) and it was evident that they were taking care of Harley as if he was their own! My husband and I even joked that we weren’t sure Harley would come back with us as he was so well taken care of. They baked homemade treats and meals and spoiled him with lots of walks and outings. They even taught him some new tricks which was lovely. Harley loved his stay with Reen, Fernando and their pup, Casper.
We don’t live close to Sydney CBD but are so happy to travel as these guys are the best! Honestly, can’t recommend these sitters more. "
