"Sara and her partner were amazing. I received constant updates on Rocky letting me know how well he was settling in. When I picked him up he was very tired which is an indication that he had a lot of fun staying with Sara. It was obvious to me that he felt very comfortable and was very relaxed.
I would definitely recommend Sara to anyone who needs a dog sitter. "

"I can't recommend Linda and Chris highly enough.
I left my dog, Cookie, in their care while we were away, and unfortunately, he became very distressed being separated from us. Linda and Chris went above and beyond to support him and make him as comfortable as possible.
Their communication was exceptional. They kept me updated regularly, checked in frequently, and were completely honest about how Cookie was coping. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was clear that their priority was always Cookie's wellbeing rather than simply getting through the booking.
In the end, I made the decision to collect Cookie after one night, but that decision was made with their support and guidance because they genuinely put his needs first. I was incredibly grateful for their kindness, compassion, and understanding.
Linda and Chris are warm, caring people and very obviously true dog lovers. Their home is welcoming, and the level of care they provide is outstanding. While Cookie wasn't quite ready for overnight stays away from his family, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Linda and Chris to anyone looking for trustworthy, dedicated, and genuinely compassionate pet sitters."

"Joel and Emma looked after my dog Bonnie while I was in Japan, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care.
From the start, they were warm, organised and genuinely caring. Bonnie settled in so well with them, which says everything—she’s not shy about letting you know if she’s unhappy. I got regular updates and photos, which made being away so much easier.
They treated her like part of their family, not just a job. I came home to a very happy, relaxed dog (and maybe one who didn’t miss me quite as much as I hoped 😅).
I’d absolutely trust Joel and Emma again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing someone reliable, kind and attentive to look after their pet."

"My 6-month-old puppy has had a few day stays with the girls, and we just recently left him with them for a week whilst we were interstate. It was his first time staying anywhere without us overnight. He had the most amazing week ever! The girls were so kind to him, and treated him with love and care. They took care of all his food and exercise needs exactly as we had asked them to, and they went above and beyond to give him lots of chances to socialise with other dogs too. I was getting so many photos and videos of him having a wonderful time, I didn’t think he’d want to come home! 😁 Our pup absolutely adores Linda, Loida and Connie. It was very reassuring for us knowing he was in such good hands while we were away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing either a day of sitting or a longer stay. "

"Ana and Nick are amazing! From the moment you meet them you can feel they are animal lovers. They are very professional too.
Ana is very responsive and a straightforward communicator.
I had other people looking after my dog (from this platform) and frankly they won’t great and I can easily tell from the reaction of my dog when I collect him.
I’m just glad that I found Ana to look after my dog and I only hope that she will be available to look after my dog when I need her.

"I couldn't be happier with the care Rio received from Kevan and his partner during his 4-day stay! From the very beginning, they were absolutely fantastic. They went the extra mile by arranging a meet-and-greet to introduce Rio to their dog, Kayo, which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving him.
Throughout Rio's stay, they provided constant updates, including a steady stream of photos and videos. I never once had to reach out to them for an update, which meant the world to me. It was clear that Rio was having a great time, as they took him on multiple walks near parks and lakes, and they were incredibly attentive to his food schedule, giving us regular updates on his meals.
Kevan and his partner are incredibly easygoing and responsive, making the entire process seamless. The care they showed for Rio was truly exceptional; they treated him like a member of their own family. It was because of their genuine care and attention that I was able to thoroughly enjoy my vacation without a single worry about my pup.
