"WOW! Where do I begin...... From the very first meet and greet i knew Dee and Sasi were amazing people. On late notice and after multiple cancelations or people who agreed to look after our boy but tuned him down due to his size and breed who have no idea about dog sitting and management of large breeds it looked like our big cuddly bear "archie" the German shepherd would be left with no one to take care of him. Dee replied to my msgs and promptly let me know that our holiday dates were not a problem to host our Archie. We quickly organized a meet and greet for that week as we were flying out of the country in less than a week and stress levels were quiet high at the time.
Being conscious of our big boy's size and nature i was worried about the meet and greet as our Archie has set routines and a unique way of communicating to us when he needs something, and this was something i was worried about incase Archie would stress out during his stay but boy was i wrong. From the first moment we met both Dee and Sasi have the warmest and most loving nature towards animals and although archie was a bit stressed in a new environment they persisted with hugs, kisses, love and attention until he felt comfortable, and it was all uphill from there. Constant daily/weekly updates with photos and videos of our boy happy on his walks and playtime with other dogs (Dee and Sasi did an amazing job socializing our boy who is quite standoffish at first to other dogs but archie ended up being the talk of the town during his stay making friends with multiple dogs both big and small and also gently interacting with a newborn baby. He was so comfortable i could see the love and care he received purely through the photos Dee was sending me. Thank you so much Dee and Sasi for loving our boy like your own and we will be back for more visits now we have found our perfect doggy home away from home for our Archie.
I would highly recommend Dee and Sasi for any breed of dog as they know how to handle dogs and provide a healthy and balanced environment for both big and small dogs and this is proven with the regular visits of repeat customers who stayed throughout the time our Archie was a resident with them. "Larina was amazing. Easy and quick to communicate with, accommodated us at short notice, and she offered a meet and greet at the location my pet would stay, and even met her family and said hello. My pet felt very comfortable. She asked many questions to make sure my pet was comfortable and what their routine was like. During the stay, she updated with photos and messages throughout. "Amazing sitting service!! Absolutely recommend. This was our first time using any dog sitting service outside of a kennel, so we were a little nervous.. but what a difference! Our fur babies were loved and cared for like it was their home.
We have a medium sized Groodle and a XL huskyXmalimute who needed babysitting for 10 nights.. They were both welcomed inside Rita’s home to enjoy the air conditioning and some human company, lazying around in whichever room they felt like.
We received many pictures of Rita and her Partner Tom taking our doggos on adventures in the great outdoors, which was very reassuring while we were away, they always had big doggie smiles on there faces.. and Tom and Rita looked pretty happy too!
Some of the photos of our dogs included them laying on their backs, limbs spread every which way in the middle of the floor (as in the way as possible of course) making them selves at home.. looking as though they felt safe and happy.
I can’t express enough how thankful we are to have found a safe home we can leave our fur babies the next time we fly anywhere.

"Best dog sitter we ever had! We are so thankful that Veronica can look after our dog again when we were on vacation recently.
