"Margarita has been absolutely wonderful, and I feel so lucky to have found her. From the very beginning, she was warm, reliable, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She was an excellent communicator throughout the process.
She took such beautiful care of my dog, making sure they were not only well looked after, but also happy, comfortable, and loved. I really appreciated the updates and photos, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing everything was going so well while I was away.
It’s clear Margarita goes above and beyond. She’s attentive, thoughtful, and treats your pet like her own. I came home to a very content, well-cared-for dog, which says everything."

"Risa was fantastic from the start of the process. She was happy to meet our 2 year old spoodle Jasper and I ahead of time to introduce herself and show us her house.
She communicated very well and responded within minutes for any queries we had, and to confirm any details ahead of our booking.
We were nervous dropping Jasper off as this was our first experience on Pawshake, but Risa made us feel comfortable that Jasper would be in capable, caring hands.
We received updates and photos throughout our booking, and were excited to see the activities that our pup was up to while we were away.
10/10 experience and would recommend Risa to anyone who is looking for a home-stay dog sitter."

"Mat looked after my dog for 6 nights and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We did an initial meet and greet at his house beforehand, which made drop-off super easy. When I brought my dog back for the stay, he immediately recognized Mat and went straight into the house with excitement — which says everything about how comfortable he felt there.
Mat was fantastic with communication. He sent daily updates about how the day was going along with lots of photos and videos, which was really reassuring and nice to see while I was away. He’s also very responsive whenever I messaged.
His house is clean and he has a huge, spacious backyard for dogs to enjoy. The court location also makes it feel more secluded and ideal for dog sitting.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend Mat. He’ll definitely be my new default dog sitter going forward."

"I can't recommend Linda and Chris highly enough.
I left my dog, Cookie, in their care while we were away, and unfortunately, he became very distressed being separated from us. Linda and Chris went above and beyond to support him and make him as comfortable as possible.
Their communication was exceptional. They kept me updated regularly, checked in frequently, and were completely honest about how Cookie was coping. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was clear that their priority was always Cookie's wellbeing rather than simply getting through the booking.
In the end, I made the decision to collect Cookie after one night, but that decision was made with their support and guidance because they genuinely put his needs first. I was incredibly grateful for their kindness, compassion, and understanding.
Linda and Chris are warm, caring people and very obviously true dog lovers. Their home is welcoming, and the level of care they provide is outstanding. While Cookie wasn't quite ready for overnight stays away from his family, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Linda and Chris to anyone looking for trustworthy, dedicated, and genuinely compassionate pet sitters."

We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care—Pansy and Michael were absolutely outstanding.
Leaving our two older dogs (10 & 11 years) for an extended period was something we were quite anxious about, especially as we usually rely on family. From the very beginning, Pansy put us completely at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals.
They went above and beyond in every aspect of care. Our dogs were walked twice daily, their dietary needs were followed perfectly, and they received so much attention and affection. The daily updates with photos and videos were incredible and gave us total peace of mind while we were away.
It was clear our dogs weren’t just being looked after—they were truly cared for and treated like part of the family. They came home relaxed, happy, and clearly having enjoyed their own little holiday.
We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with Pansy again and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for exceptional, trustworthy pet care."

"Pearl and Nelly did an amazing job looking after my one-year-old Bichon. While I was away, they sent daily updates with photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing she was in such caring hands. She had a wonderful time playing with Mochi and was well looked after, with regular walks, plenty of food and treats, and attentive care tailored to her needs. It was clear she was treated like part of the family throughout her stay. "Tik and Moka were amazing sitters for Aila!. My 6 year old groodle went to stay with them for one night before we leave her with them for 3 weeks in October. From the moment I contacted her on Pawshake, she was very responsive, asked lots of great questions (which made me feel like they really take this job seriously and care for the pets they are looking after), and we met them for a meet and greet even before this booking!
My doggo is anxious so it's great to have a couple that only looks after one dog at a time.
A week before the overnight booking, I received a msg from her outlining what to bring and confirming dates / times. On the day of the booking I got another msg confirming they are looking forward to having her.
They were timely and communicated extremely well, their place is lovely and dog friendly and most of all, my anxious doggo ran straight in and was comfortable with them straight away! I received lots of communication from her, including photos, video and updates. I felt very relaxed knowing she was in great hands!
The pick up process was also very smooth. They took the time to talk to me about Aila's stay. Doggo continued to be very comfortable around them.
I would highly recommend Tik and Moka! I'm definitely looking forward to Aila staying with them in October, knowing she will be loved and looked after very well. Lovely couple - they will care for your pet like their own 💖"

"I could not more highly recommend this fine man. Regarding my two dog's behaviours, I could not have scripted a more disastorous meet n greet. My dogs barked and carried on, but Patrick was extremely gracious and patient and totally understanding. He's a bonified 'dog person' who just gets it.
He had our dogs for about 12 days and provided updates through our whatsapp chat. He was very easy to make plans with and I just knew our family dogs were in good care.
He will be our first go to everytime from now on.
Thank you again Patrick for your care of our precious family dogs - and they way you come to a great understanding of our dog's personalities so quickly.

"Barney seems to have had a wonderful time, staying with Harley, Kate and Madeline! It was extremely easy to make arrangements and communicate with Harley. I also met the lovely Kate for the "meet and greet". Harley also sent pics of Barney during the stay, which is always reassuring when you are missing furry friends. Barney came home happy and relaxed. Harley even dropped over some food I had left behind.
