"Iris (and her mum & dad!) are amazing. Took such good care of our labrador pup. Regular updates while we were away, excellent communication overall. Lovely house and facilities for dogsitting in a beautiful home with nice size backyard. Iris was very flexible and accommodating. Would unreservedly recommend Iris and we hope our pup will be able to stay again. Don't actually think she wanted to come home... she was getting hugged on the couch about to watch a movie when we came to pick her up!"

Lulu took absolutely beautiful care of our 🐶 toy caboodle Strawberry. She was truly spoiled — sleeping on the bed, enjoying lots of cuddles, and clearly treated as part of the family.
Communication was excellent throughout her stay. We received regular updates and lovely photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Strawberry looked relaxed, happy, and very settled in every update.
Lulu was also wonderful with Strawberry’s needs — she gave her medication without any issues and even gently cleaned her eyes, which we really appreciated. It was clear she paid close attention and genuinely cared.
When we picked Strawberry up, she was calm, happy, and clearly had a fantastic time. She loved playing with the other dogs, exploring the backyard, and snuggling up — exactly how you hope your dog feels when you’re away.
We would highly recommend Lulu to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and loving dog sitter. Strawberry can’t wait to stay again! 💗🐶"

"We recently left our dog Bailey with Michele and Rodney for three weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was our first time using a pet sitter, so we were naturally a bit nervous, but Michele put us at ease right away with daily updates and photos.
Bailey had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed socialising with other dogs, which was a huge bonus for him. He can be quite high-energy and is also sensitive to noise, so he isn’t always the easiest dog to care for—but Michelle and Rodney were incredibly understanding, patient, and kind throughout his stay. They handled all his little quirks and antics with such a positive attitude.
It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they look after. We’re so grateful for the love and attention they gave Bailey, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter."

"I was really impressed with Yuejia during Austin’s first stay at her home. From the start, she was welcoming, attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. Austin settled in quickly and was comfortable in her space, which meant a lot to me.
Yuejia did a great job keeping me updated and making sure Austin’s needs and routine were well taken care of. It was clear she genuinely cared about him and treated him like her own.
I would absolutely book with Yuejia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter."

"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"Patricia and her family are the best! It meant so much to have Nikko staying with a family that treated our dog like he was their own. Patricia went above and beyond, taking our dog for regular walks, giving him so much attention - we thought he might not want to come home! Patricia is a great communicator, flexible and sent regular updates and photos. There was total peace of mind that he was being loved and cared for over the week. Thank you Patricia! "Joyce was an amazing sitter. Our little puppy was only 4 months old, not fully toilet trained yet, but Joyce was very patient and understanding. She played with our puppy, fed her, and took many photos and videos throughout the day to update us! We can feel she really cared for our puppy. Our puppy got along well with Joyce’s dog Oscar too! "Ivy looked after our dog Herbie and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. From the moment we met her, she was warm, caring and attentive, and it was obvious how much she genuinely loves animals.
