"Jennie was a professional in taking care of our dog. She is very knowledgeable about pets and noted down all details prior to the stay so that our dog was comfortable. She spent time with our dog and took extra care of him by trimming his paws. She sent photos every day, giving us peace of mind that our dog was in good hands. "I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."

"From first contact Alida was amazing.
This was the first time boarding my pet jack Russell, so I was very happy with how polite and welcoming Alida was and helped me through the process.
Alida and her family went above and beyond with not just boarding my pet but creating exciting experiences for him with a paddle pool, walks and a spot on the couch to watch tv and a nap. I will definitely be looking at Alida to take care of him in the future and recommend anyone else to her services. "

"Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! Poppy Charlie and their family say thanks so much Julie and hope to see you again soon some time!!"

"We had Danielle look after our gentle 13 year old kelpie cattle dog. She was just lovely with her. Taking her for walks, giving her lots of pats and sending us photos over the weekend. Nikki provided regular updates, including photos of enjoying various activities, such as walks in the parks, playtime with other dogs, and relaxing at home. These updates not only reassured me but also allowed me to feel connected to my furry friend while I was away. The environment provided by Nikki was clean, safe, and welcoming. "Cui is an excellent dog sitter. We had our toy poodle stay with Cui for 8 nights and we could not recommend anyone more than Cui. She sent us daily SMS messages and photos of our dog. Cui also professionally groomed and washed our fur baby with a creative flair that made our pooch look grand. Cui also alerted us when our dog had a stomach upset, and amended his meals with vet guidance. Cui is very personable and friendly and an ideal pet sitter. I couldn't recommend Cui highly enough. "

"Jack and Annie are very experienced dog sitters. They sent me photos during my trip and kept me posted. Initially, it's a bit nervous to keep my 9 months old puppy stay away from me for the first time. "We recently had Grace take care of my two pugs while I was out away on holidays and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Grace was professional, friendly, and clearly loves animals. She kept me updated throughout the 2 weeks with texts and photos, which helped put my mind at ease. When I returned, my dogs were happy and healthy, and they almost didn’t want to leave!
