"Han and family looked after Loki for a week and treated him like their own. I received daily updates, videos and photos, which gave me total peace of mind while away. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive to Loki's specific routine. They followed all my instructions perfectly including high-energy walks and feeding schedules without a hitch. "Mat looked after my dog for 6 nights and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We did an initial meet and greet at his house beforehand, which made drop-off super easy. When I brought my dog back for the stay, he immediately recognized Mat and went straight into the house with excitement — which says everything about how comfortable he felt there.
Mat was fantastic with communication. He sent daily updates about how the day was going along with lots of photos and videos, which was really reassuring and nice to see while I was away. He’s also very responsive whenever I messaged.
His house is clean and he has a huge, spacious backyard for dogs to enjoy. The court location also makes it feel more secluded and ideal for dog sitting.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend Mat. He’ll definitely be my new default dog sitter going forward."

"Samantha is amazing! As a first time user and having not left Goofy out of our care before I honestly had nothing to worry about. From the first contact, Samantha replied quickly to my request and organised a couple of meet and greet times in the week leading up to our departure. Her communication with me was always warm and accomodating and ensured both parties were comfortable. What made her service so great was that she was able to care for only Goofy during our entire vacation as he can be aggressive around other dogs. He loved the attention and affection from Samantha and her family. While we were away, I was updated with messages and a cute video of him playing with a toy. All in all I cannot fault Goofy's stay with Samantha and her family and would not hestitate to recommend her service. Thank you Samantha"

"Janice did a wonderful job taking care of my dogs in her home. We didn’t leave many instructions, but she clearly knew exactly what to do and made them feel comfortable and cared for.
She sent me updates and photos during their stay, which was very reassuring. On the pick up day, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after.

"Tik and Moka were amazing sitters for Aila!. My 6 year old groodle went to stay with them for one night before we leave her with them for 3 weeks in October. From the moment I contacted her on Pawshake, she was very responsive, asked lots of great questions (which made me feel like they really take this job seriously and care for the pets they are looking after), and we met them for a meet and greet even before this booking!
My doggo is anxious so it's great to have a couple that only looks after one dog at a time.
A week before the overnight booking, I received a msg from her outlining what to bring and confirming dates / times. On the day of the booking I got another msg confirming they are looking forward to having her.
They were timely and communicated extremely well, their place is lovely and dog friendly and most of all, my anxious doggo ran straight in and was comfortable with them straight away! I received lots of communication from her, including photos, video and updates. I felt very relaxed knowing she was in great hands!
The pick up process was also very smooth. They took the time to talk to me about Aila's stay. Doggo continued to be very comfortable around them.
I would highly recommend Tik and Moka! I'm definitely looking forward to Aila staying with them in October, knowing she will be loved and looked after very well. Lovely couple - they will care for your pet like their own 💖"

We couldn’t be happier with the care Akira received during her stay! From the moment we dropped her off, we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such kind and capable hands. Akira now has a new friend - Teddy (Steven’s dog). He was equally amazing with our Akira, shared his toys, played with her, went on walks together.
We received regular updates, photos, and messages, which made being away from her so much easier. It was clear that Akira was treated like part of the family, getting plenty of love, attention, playtime, and care. She came home happy and relaxed.

"Olga and Ro were the BEST pet sitters I've experienced! Olga kept me updated with lots of photos that reassured me that my dogs were definately having their best times, and I was able to enjoy my holidays 100%. They looked after my dogs as if they were their own🥹 it even made me a bit jealous! Any concerns raised were immediately addressed and reassured too. "Alina is amazing! Could not recommend her anymore! My scared but sassy Ragdoll cat who usually is terrified of people absolutely loves Alina and warmed to her straight away. I have booked Alina 3 times and will continue to do so. She is so accomodating and genuinely cares, going above and beyond to ensure my cat is more than okay. I can't thank you enough Alina!! "Being a Pawshake sitter myself, I thought it would be hard to find someone to look after my little dog as well as me. But I can honestly say that from the moment I met Kaye, I felt reassured that my baby would be in loving and safe hands.
We did a trial day before the 2 week stay which introduced my dog to Kaye & her dog (and vice versa), which went well and Kaye's dog was incredibly welcoming and patient with her furry newcomer,
Kaye was easy to talk with and obviously had a lot of experience with having different dogs in her clean and organised home. I knew then that I didn't need to look at any other sitters.
During the main booking, I got daily updates with photos & videos where my little girl looked so content & happy that I was worried she wouldn't want to go home! I'm sure she absolutely loved her time with Kaye and got very attached to Poppy as they often slept side by side. My dog was well and happy when we returned (and thankfully did want to go home with us).
I wouldn't hesitate to use Kaye again or recommend her. She's a lovely girl with a heart in the right place and totally trustworthy to look after your dog as you request."
