"Mat looked after my dog for 6 nights and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We did an initial meet and greet at his house beforehand, which made drop-off super easy. When I brought my dog back for the stay, he immediately recognized Mat and went straight into the house with excitement — which says everything about how comfortable he felt there.
Mat was fantastic with communication. He sent daily updates about how the day was going along with lots of photos and videos, which was really reassuring and nice to see while I was away. He’s also very responsive whenever I messaged.
His house is clean and he has a huge, spacious backyard for dogs to enjoy. The court location also makes it feel more secluded and ideal for dog sitting.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend Mat. He’ll definitely be my new default dog sitter going forward."

"Han and family looked after Loki for a week and treated him like their own. I received daily updates, videos and photos, which gave me total peace of mind while away. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive to Loki's specific routine. They followed all my instructions perfectly including high-energy walks and feeding schedules without a hitch. "Lolita is truly amazing and took such great care of my dog. She made sure my dog felt safe, comfortable, and happy the entire time. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos, it gave me so much peace of mind.

"Ana took great care of Pippi for 10 days. She was caring, affectionate and attentive, taking Pippi on lots of walks.
Ana shared lots of photos of their outings and regular updates on Pippi’s mood, how she was behaving, and how much food she was eating. In those photos Pippi always looked very relaxed and happy.
We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Receiving those photos and updates really removed a lot of the stress from being separated from our pet. Thanks Ana 😀."

"We had a really positive experience with Nikki and her partner Pedro for dog boarding. I was quite anxious about leaving our boys with someone new, as we usually have friends look after them, but they gave us great peace of mind from the start. They were responsive and reassuring whenever I checked in, which made a big difference.

"Joel and Emma looked after my dog Bonnie while I was in Japan, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care.
From the start, they were warm, organised and genuinely caring. Bonnie settled in so well with them, which says everything—she’s not shy about letting you know if she’s unhappy. I got regular updates and photos, which made being away so much easier.
They treated her like part of their family, not just a job. I came home to a very happy, relaxed dog (and maybe one who didn’t miss me quite as much as I hoped 😅).
