"Lee Chin is the best dog sitter we ever had. She took care of my dad's golden retriever for 6 nights while my dad was away.
She took care of our goldie thoroughly, attend to every details and make sure he gets pampered through the stay. Keep him cool and indoor while the weather was warm, all food and treat get feed properly, lots of playtime and companion. Most importantly, constant communication and photos through out the stay.
A great dog carer, and we are so glad to have Lee Chin to take care of our goldie. Highly recommended."

"We highly recommend Darren's dog sitting. We were nervous to leave our gorgeous puppy for the first time, but Darren instantly made us feel like she would be well looked after and safe. We received multiple daily updates and pictures, which always made our day. Darren's dog Marine was very chilled and happy to invite Callie into their home. Even though our 7 month old cocker spaniel is incredibly energetic and requires a lot of love and attention, Darren always seemed to meet her needs and tire her out. We will definitely be using Darren's service again (if he will have our crazy pup!). Thank you, Darren, for keeping our little dog safe and entertained! "

"Our dog stayed with Desiree for four nights and everything seemed to go really well. We were sent plenty of happy snaps, notably our girl lounging on the couch getting lots of pats and happy walks with Desiree’s dog. I felt the communication was great and when we picked up our dog she seemed relaxed and well looked after. Would have no hesitation sending her to Desiree again! "

"Lauren and Ross took excellent care of our greyhound Mr Pickles who made himself right at home! They were very friendly, easy to communicate with and sent us updates while we were away. "Maree was a fantastic carer for my pup, Freddie. My experience was flawless from the very beginning, the pre-stay questionnaire was thorough and my instructions were followed to the dot. Correspondence was quick and continued throughout the stay, I received regular updates. I was delighted to pick up Freddie with his tail wagging and looking happy. "I can’t express enough how grateful we are to Alice for stepping in last minute to care for our puppy during an emergency. With our holiday just around the corner, we were losing hope of finding someone trustworthy, but Alice responded instantly and took him in the very next day.
Her communication was flawless—quick responses, clear updates, and lots of photos that showed how well our puppy was being cared for. It was clear she treated him as if he were her own, which allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without worrying.

"We had our little anxious rescue Muppet (English staffy) staying with Chloe for over a month, and having never used a service like this and it being for a long time, I was very nervous. Chloe was super friendly and welcoming, very easy to chat with and kept us updated with photos during the stay. Muppet seems to have had a good time and been very well taken care of! "

"Our boy Rosco stayed with Quentin and his family for 5 nights, he was welcomed into the family and became fast friends with Quentin’s eldest daughter. He was taken on plenty of walks and seemed to enjoy his stay with his new buddy Moose. We received regular updates and photos. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Quentin again "

"Rochelle and AJ were so nice and very caring. They sent us photo's and video of our dog Halo taking her for a walk and sleeping etc. which was so reassuring. They also asked questions about caring, feeding etc. The feedback was excellent. We are so happy with her stay and will certainly utilise their excellent service again. Highly recommended sitters."

"Esther and her beautiful family looked after our two treasured Cavoodles for 5 days while we travelled interstate. I was nervous about leaving them, but my worries were quickly settled when I could see what wonderful care they were receiving. Esther and her family are very calm and relaxed and were happy to do what worked for our doggies. They received all the love and attention they needed throughout their stay, along with plenty of outside plays and walks. Esther provided regular updates about how they were going and plenty of great photos. Chester and Bonnie were very happy and relaxed when we brought them home. "We cannot recommend Lucy enough!!!
This was the first time using both the app and a pet sitter. Lucy was super helpful with our questions and last minute booking, our minds were put to ease immediately when we met Lucy at her lovely dog friendly home. It’s clear Lucy is an animal lover who takes pride in not only looking after but spoiling her 4 legged friends.
We received regularly updates both pictures and messages which was great. Our girl Sadie even got to keep a toy she fell in love with at Lucy’s house.

"Gaye is the best! She took such great care of Benny over the past 2 weeks and sent regular photo updates so we were able to travel in peace. Gaye asked me for opinion before accepting a new pet sitting job to make sure Benny would be able to get along with the other dog, which shows great respect for both pets and owners. She even provided extra kibble when Benny's biscuits ran out in the last few days of stay. Benny also got a bath on the day before we picked him up, so we can receive a clean and nice-smelling puppy! Lastly we really appreciate Gaye keeping Benny's eye area clean, there is no accumulating gunk or staining as is usual for most white dogs.
Without a doubt, Gaye will be our go-to dog sitter in future!"
