"Caitlin and her family took such wonderful care of our 2 Labs for 24 hours. I’m sure they didn’t want to go home when I came to pick them up. They had 2 outings to the river and were welcomed into Caitlin’s house so warmly, they felt right at home immediately. Caitlin sent us photo and video updates, reassuring us the girls were happy and having heaps of fun. I can thoroughly recommend Caitlin as a pet sitter and won’t hesitate to book again. I know my girls would be overjoyed to return to Caitlin’s home."

"Absolutely reliable dog sitter
Mel is fantastic with dogs, she loves and understands them. She looked after our two doggies for 8 days while we were overseas and has done a wonderful job. Every day Mel walked our dogs twice and was sending us updates and heaps of great pictures of our dogs and their activities that she’s made for them; such as visiting different parks, meeting dog-friends and socialising with other animals. When we returned, dogs were happy and at ease. They got very comfortable in her house and really got to love her, they weren’t that keen to go home actually. I think they miss her now. Definitely will use Mel again, we were absolutely happy with her service, she kept them safe and comfortable. Thank you, Mel, for giving our dogs a great holiday and peace of mind to us!

"Andrew and Joy were amazing with Reilly during our recent long holiday. We received daily photos and updates and we could tell Reilly was having the best time. Andrew gave me a lot of time at meet and greet and again on drop off and listened carefully to understand our pup’s character. Likewise at pick up we were not rushed and we could tell they both had enjoyed having Reilly stay. We would have no hesitation recommending Andrew and Joy and hope that Reilly gets the opportunity to stay with them again. "

"Maree was a fantastic carer for my pup, Freddie. My experience was flawless from the very beginning, the pre-stay questionnaire was thorough and my instructions were followed to the dot. Correspondence was quick and continued throughout the stay, I received regular updates. I was delighted to pick up Freddie with his tail wagging and looking happy. "We couldn't have asked for a better sitter than Lou! Over several months, Lou and her partner looked after our dog with so much care and love. The communication and regular updates gave us complete peace of mind, and it was clear our dog was genuinely happy and well-loved throughout the entire stay.
Lou was reliable, warm, and truly went above and beyond. We had a logistically tricky situation moving from abroad and came home to a dog who was relaxed and content — which says everything. "Gaye is the best! She took such great care of Benny over the past 2 weeks and sent regular photo updates so we were able to travel in peace. Gaye asked me for opinion before accepting a new pet sitting job to make sure Benny would be able to get along with the other dog, which shows great respect for both pets and owners. She even provided extra kibble when Benny's biscuits ran out in the last few days of stay. Benny also got a bath on the day before we picked him up, so we can receive a clean and nice-smelling puppy! Lastly we really appreciate Gaye keeping Benny's eye area clean, there is no accumulating gunk or staining as is usual for most white dogs.
Without a doubt, Gaye will be our go-to dog sitter in future!"

"I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. My dog was probably one of the most challenging guests she could have had—he was extremely naughty, got into everything, made a mess of the house, and even had accidents indoors. Despite all of that, she remained patient, understanding, and caring throughout the entire stay. If she can handle my little troublemaker so well, I have no doubt she can provide excellent care for any dog. "Melinda took such great care of our two dogs, Hank and Maggie! From the moment we stepped into her home, we felt completely at ease. Her love for animals is obvious. "Maria was amazing!!! Loki had the best time with her and made a new forever best friend with her puppy. Maria was super active with communication - sending photos & videos most days so I felt in the loop. She treated Loki as if he were her own and I can tell that she took great care of him. "Megan came to my rescue and cared for my shy Chihuahua at very short notice. Megan's communication was first class, direct and she responded quickly. Extremely reliable and obviously a dog lover. Iris was nervous but walked away with Megan with tail wagging, Megan gave her the space to settle and adapt. On collection, Iris was calm with no sense of urgency to leave Megan. I received photos and an update which put my mind at ease. I recommend Megan 100% and will definitely be booking with her again and again. Megan is trustworthy, my little Iris was safe with her."

"We couldn’t have asked for better dog sitters! They took wonderful care of our boy for two weeks and kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away.
